Amber Schaudt

Amber serves as the project coordinator with the PMO department at Conduit. In this role, she creates efficiencies to produce a better client experience and supports current project managers to onboard new clients. Previously, Amber worked in the Office of Special Projects in the President's Office at Murray State University. Amber has previously worked for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center and is an integral part of the I-69 Ohio River Crossing project team. She attended Murray State University, receiving her Bachelor's degree in organizational communication and her Master's degree in human development and leadership. Amber is also a Henderson Leadership Initiative Fellow. Amber is originally from Benton, KY, where she was raised by her grandparents. She enjoys teaching gymnastics and staying active with the children's school. She has been married to John for 12 years and has two wonderful children, Nathan and Allison.

Angela Martin

Angela Martin, Executive Director of Performance Excellence, is responsible for developing and implementing strategy that drives process and performance excellence to achieve accomplishment of client and organizational goals. She provides oversight for Conduit's Quality, Data & Analytics, Clinical Education, and Learning & Development Teams. Angela guides the development of process improvement strategies that build on benchmarks, best practices, and standardization with a focus on optimal patient outcomes, enhanced value, and high reliability. Angela has 20+ years of clinical experience and has served in various clinical and nursing leadership roles, including organizational system-level leadership, quality directorship, clinical informatics, and nurse management. She prides herself on the ability to build relationships, develop effective teams, and provide strategic and innovative thinking and oversight. She is passionate about improving outcomes and processes for all who are involved - patients, employees, and providers alike. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Healthcare Administration from Ohio University.

Cheryl Dalton-Norman - Founder, President

Cheryl Dalton-Norman is the President and Co-founder of Conduit Health Partners, an outsource partner that offers customized health care solutions for health systems, health plans, employers and others to improve care and access for their patients and employees. With 40 years of experience serving in various nursing and leadership roles, Cheryl's wide-ranging expertise was instrumental in the development of Conduit's innovative solutions including Transfer Center, 24-7 Nurse Triage/Access, Virtual Care, Health Care Call Center Scheduling and Employer/HR services. Since founding Conduit in 2017, Cheryl has led the company through extraordinary growth, expanding its reach in services from caring for 22,000 people in 2017 to 1.7 million people in 2022. In 2022, Cheryl won Cincinnati Business Courier's 2022 Health Entrepreneur Award. The Health Entrepreneur award honors an entrepreneurial initiative in the health care business scene that is making strides in the industry. Before she founded Conduit, Cheryl served in various leadership roles in large health systems, most recently she was the System Vice President of Access where she was responsible for emergency services, strategic access planning, execution, and operational leadership for patient/consumer access gateways throughout a major health system. Other previous roles include nurse management, critical care education, nurse recruitment, spiritual care leadership, patient experience and organization development. Cheryl draws on her vast experience as a nurse, operator, innovator and leader - as well as her business acumen - to inspire her team to develop and customize cost-effective solutions for Conduit's clients and those they serve. Cheryl received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, where she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honor Society. She received her Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph College.

Deepa Khetia

Deepa Khetia, BSN, RN works closely with healthcare providers as an RN Account Manager to understand their unique needs and develop strategies to improve patient care, drive efficiencies, and reduce costs. Whether she's negotiating contracts or training staff on new clinical protocols, she is always focused on delivering value and positively impacting patients' lives. As a registered nurse and account manager with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Deepa has dedicated her career to improving patient care and driving positive outcomes. Her passion for nursing began during her undergraduate studies, where she quickly realized the profound impact that compassionate and skilled nursing care can have on a patient's life. She joined Conduit Health Partners in 2017 as a Transfer Center Specialist working as a front-line nurse and Lead Preceptor. A few years later, Deepa became the RN Clinical Educator for the Access Center teams focusing her efforts on streamlining workflows, developing, and disseminating unit-based education to clinical and non-clinical staff. In this role, Deepa was responsible for orienting new team members and delivering all key pivotal essential training. Then, as an RN Clinical Implementation Lead, she worked to ensure a collaborative and process-driven approach toward the successful client adoption of Transfer Center services. At Conduit, Deepa has earned the Transcendence Award, recognizing extraordinary efforts and commitment to excellence for her teams and clients. Furthermore, Conduit team members voted Deepa in as the President of Shared Leadership Governance from 2018-2020 where her focus was to improve operational performance while encouraging creativity, innovation and autonomy of all members within the committee. Before Conduit Health Partners, Deepa worked as a Nurse Consultant/RN Training Coordinator at Mercy HealthLink, a Transfer Center owned by Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH). For over eight years, Deepa coordinated transfers and managed patient throughput in Toledo and Youngstown. She onboarded and trained all Mercy HealthLink new staff members to transfer processes and workflows. Additionally, Deepa worked at BSMH St. Vincent's Hospital as the ICU float nurse, completing assignments in various ICUs for over seven years as a part-time position as a Flight Nurse within the Ministry. As she progressed in her career, she began seeking new challenges and opportunities to contribute to the broader mission of improving patient care. This led her to pursue a role in healthcare account management, where she could leverage her clinical expertise to help healthcare providers meet their goals while ensuring the best possible outcomes for their patients. Deepa received her Bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing from The University of Toledo and is currently enrolled at Mercy College of Ohio to obtain her Master's degree in Business Administration (MHA). She has completed her LEAN Leadership training, received her EPIC: Transfer Center Module Certification, and is a proud Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society member. As a lifelong learner, she stays up to date with the latest research and best practices in healthcare, and she is committed to continuing to grow and develop in this dynamic and challenging field. Dominique Wells - COO

Heather Kelsey

Heather Kelsey is the Director of Virtual Care, Triage and Scheduling at Conduit Health Partners. In her role, Heather is responsible for strategic and operational leadership, day-to-day management, and oversight of Conduit Health Partners' Nurse Triage, Virtual Care Center and Scheduling teams. She also collaborates with other Conduit leaders to develop new strategic services and process improvement strategies. Heather has more than 20 years of clinical experience and has been a Director at Conduit for more than two years. She has 15 years of critical care nursing as well as eight years of telephonic triage and case management experience with Humana. During her time at Humana, she was responsible for leading remote teams, coaching care managers in telephonic programs, and driving improved processes and efficiencies which included a $1.5M savings. She has led highly engaged teams in the virtual workplace for over ten years. Since joining Conduit, Heather has helped to lead several new implementations in Triage and Virtual Care, and partners closely with our clients on business optimization and ensuring callers receive quality clinical care in the most efficient ways possible. Heather and her husband, Joe, live in Lebanon, Ohio, and have three children and two grandsons. She has a passion for volunteer work through her church and in her community, and loves to garden, practice photography and read in her spare time.

Jennifer Guerriero

Jennifer Guerriero is the Lead People Officer for Conduit Health Partners. With a focus on HR strategy and growth for the organization, Jennifer partners with Conduit leaders on organizational design, change management, and retention, in addition to focusing on specific HR COE offerings for Conduit Health Partners such as talent development, culture and well-being. Before joining Conduit, Jennifer served in various HR-related roles within Bon Secours Mercy Health in areas such as HR Strategic Partnership, Labor Relations & Well-being/Recognition. Jennifer was formerly employed by Youngstown State University as a faculty member in the Health & Human Services department. She originally imagined shaping her career in a clinical setting, but quickly after graduating with her bachelor's, she was offered a management position at Kent State University in their Student Recreation and Wellness Center. Following completion of her master's, while serving as the Fitness & Wellness Director for a private health club in Hudson, OH, she co-founded a corporate wellness solutions branch that developed into a nationwide vendor offering services such as biometric health screenings, health coaching, disease management and more; serving a wide range of clients including hospital systems, school systems, and municipalities. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. Jennifer currently resides with her husband in Youngstown, OH. On the weekends, you'll find her spending time at her family cabins in Pennsylvania, hunting & fishing, horseback riding, or just being outdoors. In her spare time, Jennifer trains competitive dancers and formerly was both a regional and national competition judge for over ten years. She loves to travel out West, specifically to Wyoming.

Kelsey Baird

She is client focused and thrives in building relationships to identify new opportunities and improvements to ensure client satisfaction. Kelsey obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, OH. She has prior clinical experience at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital and sales experience in the Testing, Inspection, & Certification industry.

Lamar Burch

Lamar Burch is a Project Manager at Conduit Health Partners. He manages a book of projects to include Conduit's Transfer center clients, Nurse Triage clients and internal project needs within the ministry. His background also includes over 20 years of management and operations experience, including leading and building multiple teams onsite and remotely. Lamar enjoys building relationships and looks forward to being in the initial stages of on-boarding new clients and sharing his perspectives on new initiatives. Lamar obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Trinity College and has recently completed and received certification in the BSMH LEAN Champions program.

Liana Kingston

Liana Kingston is a results-oriented and client-focused Senior Account Manager at Conduit Health Partners. She strategically manages a book of business to include Conduit's Transfer Center, Nurse Triage, Scheduling, and Virtual Care Center clients with a consultative thinking approach. Interdisciplinary approaches are her specialty - she is effective at engaging several disciplines to ensure her client's needs and SLAs are met. Liana thrives when building relationships, making others smile, and challenging leaders to envision new ways to increase hospital and health system access. She enjoys facilitating productive conversations, providing an excellent customer experience, and ensuring that her client's goals are kept at the forefront of Conduit's actions. Liana obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia and an MBA and MPH from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Liana has served on a variety of community boards throughout her career and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE).

Lisa M. Wilson

Lisa M. Wilson, MSN, RN is the Director of Client Success for Conduit Health Partners. She joined the team in 2018 to oversee operations and the expansion of the Access Center service. Since, she has expanded her role to include a focus on successful client relations. She oversees client communication, interactions, issue resolution as well as new and expanded client potential. Lisa is responsible for developing strategies and fostering relationships that reinforce positive patient outcomes and drive efficiencies. Lisa has over 13 years of healthcare focused experience, including various positions in large health systems such as education, nursing management, and has led several process improvement projects. Lisa received her Master's degree of Science in Nursing from Xavier University. She enjoys outdoor activities, has an eclectic music taste, and currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with her family.

Michael Layne - VP of Sales

Michael U. Todd

Michael U. Todd, MD, is responsible for clinical strategy and oversight for collaborations with employers and health system partners. He is an executive sponsor and is accountable for the administration and management of several innovative programs, including partnerships disrupting traditional care modes, services that delivery care to the most vulnerable, direct to employer (D2E) and direct to provider (D2P) offerings including the Mercy Health Executive Well-being program, onsite and near-site clinics, occupational health, integrated pharmacy, and well-being services. Dr. Todd provides guidance and supervision of Mercy Health's associate health and well-being benefits. Prior to Mercy Health, Dr. Todd was the global medical director for GE Capital. His clinical background includes 16 years as a family practitioner in Cincinnati. Dr. Todd has an Anthropology degree from Duke University and received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Hinsdale Hospital in Chicago and is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Todd is passionate about using his skills and experience to improve the health and well-being of others. He is a strong advocate for preventive care and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. In his spare time, Dr. Todd enjoys spending time with his family, racket sports, cycling, skiing and sailing.

Sandra Pauls

Sandra Pauls is a highly experienced and versatile professional, with over 30 years of expertise as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Manager. For 23 years, Sandra served as an Executive Assistant at Cincinnati Bell (CBD Media LLC), where she provided indispensable support to the President & CEO, Vice President & COO, and CFO. Her exceptional organizational skills shone as she coordinated CBD's Annual Customer Events, including a remarkable 2-day golf outing and the Festival of Lights Event at the Cincinnati Zoo. Sandra's adept financial management also came into play as she skillfully managed budgets for customer events at local sporting venues, fostering strong connections between CBD and the community through events hosted by the Bengals, Reds, and Cyclones. Moreover, she played a vital role in fostering the company's sales team's success, having developed the Annual Sales Incentive Event at the prestigious Keeneland. In addition to her remarkable tenure at Cincinnati Bell, Sandra's academic pursuits and passion for healthcare led her to earn a Practical Nurse License from Brown Mackie College in Ft. Toni Gadberry

Toni Gadberry is the Director of Transfer Center Operations & Technology for Conduit Health Partners. In her role, Toni oversees the organization's robust data analytics, onboarding program, and the technology strategy and design of Conduit's services. She makes recommendations based on technology and data needs that emerge in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape. She leads a team of highly skilled Business Technical System Analysts, Principal and Clinical Data Analysts and an Onboarding Program Manager. All who work closely with clients and operational leaders to optimize technology, implement innovative solutions, and provide actionable data to address the health challenges and technology needs of today, and the future. Toni also assists executive leadership with monitoring and ensuring financial success of the organization by continually evaluating and ensuring a lean operating model, overseeing the purchasing of equipment and technology license and monitoring, and tracking resource allocation needs and opportunities. Tracey Henry

She has brought to her role more than 20 years of well-rounded experience in Project and Program management in IT, Telecom, Banking and Healthcare.
