Started his insurance career on the east coast with CIGNA which grew into a leadership position and brought him to the southwest. He also represented United Health Care in business development. Bill transitioned to brokerage in 2005 and has developed strong relationships with his clients. His knowledge and work ethic are a never ending resource for our agency.

Brandee Baltzell

Brandee Baltzell began her employee benefits career in 2000 at a large, publicly traded agency branch, here in Phoenix, where she reported directly to Marcie Cragg. Her responsibilities grew over the years to include Account Management, Account Executive and now Client Service Director. Brandee is also responsible for training and oversight of staff. She has in-depth knowledge in Human Resources and Payroll functions. Her client relationships find her an invaluable resource. Brandee is a graduate of Fort Lewis College in Colorado. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in English.

Jerry Rochon is the owner and President of Gerald Rochon LLC, an Arizona based Insurance and Financial consulting company. Mr. Rochon has been an Insurance Consultant and Broker since 1983, and an Arizona resident since 1985. Mr. Rochon has owned his consulting firm since 1990. He has worked with two of the world's largest Insurance broker's (Aon, Willis) as well as a large, local, regional broker (Schaefer-Smith-Ankeney/Compass Insurance). Mr. Rochon began his Insurance career his career with the Paul Revere Companies in 1983, with a specialty in Disability Insurance planning. Every client matters to us and we are proud to be a part of business relationships that have been in existence since 1983. Mr. Rochon's background and experience allow him to deliver world class/best practices solutions to every client, regardless of their size or need, along with local customer service. Mr. Rochon is and has been a member of several professional organizations including F.E.I., AZHHA, and the AZ Behavioral Health Association. Throughout his career, he has also served on advisory councils for various local and national insurance carriers. Mr. Rochon is a 1983 graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts with a degree in Business Management. He is also a member of the school's Hall of Fame for Ice Hockey. He is married and has one son. His interests include Coaching Youth Sports, Regis University Baseball Blue and Gold Club, golf, fitness, and reading.

Marcie Cragg

Marcie Cragg has been a leading force in the insurance industry since 1982. She is recognized locally and nationally for her knowledge and expertise in employee benefits programs. Having merged her original agency with a publicly traded national firm she brings years of experience to the fore with Cragg1 Insurance Services. Through her dedication to customer service and strategic evaluation of client's needs vs. market trends, she has developed solid client relationships nationwide. Marcie also serves as a consultant to several prestigious local Property & Casualty agencies, acting as their employee benefits representative for their client base and developing policy and procedures to enhance their benefit offerings. Recognizing that an effective employee benefits package is a major investment for an employer, Marcie is dedicated to maximizing purchasing power and efficiencies of administration for her clients, with a strong focus on future trends, wellness and education. Marcie is originally from Michigan and graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing. She is designated as a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow, LUTCF. And she is certified in Long Term Care and Medicare. Marcie is an active member of National Association of Health Underwriters, NAHU and Greater Phoenix Health Underwriters, GPHU.

Nicole Hawkins

Nicole Hawkins comes to Cragg1 with over 20 years experience in sales and customer service industries. As customer service business manager, she oversees various aspects of the insurance environment, in both individual and group settings. Her ability to provide the highest level of customer service with personalized client reports, detailed research and pricing options for our clients in niche markets, and continuously pursuing the top options for our customer is her utmost priority. Nicole is able to walk our clients through their HSA plans and their setup, as well as Human Resources and Employee Benefits solutions. She also brings experience with Licensing and Contracting with insurance carriers, which allows Cragg1 to always be on target for the latest trends for new products and services for our clients. Her numerous year's experience with business and insurance software programs, including TAM, SAP, and accounting systems plus past experiences in retail, manufacturing, and the non-profit sectors provide our clients with the skills and understanding of the different needs of corporate and small company cultures. Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Northern Arizona University.
