Abhishek Bhardwaj is a Lawyer by profession. He works as counselor, advisor and mediator for civil rights, human right, community matter, free counseling, legal awareness and legal aids. Abhishek has been actively working on various social, legal and human right issues. He is following his vision to use law as a tool for social change by using his advocacy skills in the fields of legal aids and legal awareness for disadvantaged groups. He has done L.L.B and Master in Political Science.

Aditi Nandan is a professional social worker and an artist. He has been associated with many organisations such as Aamatya Media, Tourism Department of Bihar and Artz India. His expertise lies in project planning, project management, community development and capacity building in the field of tourism, education, culture and art. He has worked extensively for marginalized community for people in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. He has contributed several books, papers and articles to international and national conferences and journals. He holds M.BA degree from one of the reputed business school in the India.

She has worked with many national and international NGOs as a volunteer. Alok Bhardwaj is a Co- Founder and Director at CSEPR. He is a political strategist, campaigner, mentor and motivator. He has experience in the field of advocacy, network and liesning, campaigning and strategy,. He has worked with India leading companies and organisation. He helps business owner especially micro entrepreneur enabling them to set up systems and help people developing organization and system. He works closely with different political parties in developing strategies. He holds MBA degree with specialising in marketing from one of the reputed business school in India. He is a national games medalist in football.
Alok Rajan is a development professional working on various development issues in South Asia. He worked for the World Bank group on various advisory assignments in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal on issues pertaining to business licensing reform, sector specific reform, regulatory enforcements and inspections, MSME business licenses, labor regulations, land permits, construction permits etc. His expertise lies in regulatory reform, investment policy, public health, urban development, policy formulation, project management. He holds a MBA degree in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Administration, from School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University
Arvind Kumar Sharma is our lead Advisor. He has nearly three decades of experience in public services, working directly with the government, legislator, parliamentarian and citizens. He is a well known social worker and work as political strategies to different political parties. In his last assignment, he was Director to Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank. He is an active member of various associations. He works as a advisor to various government, national and international organization. He is known for his knowledge and new insights of agriculture, agri-business, rural development, poverty alleviation and microfinance. He has been able to build and deepen its engagement with legislators, media and citizen to strengthen the legislative process through policy ideas and best practice.
Bijay Kumar Rath is a finance professional with experience spreading across power, mining, pharmaceutical & banking. His expertise lies in data and analysis, planning, skill development and training. He has worked with many leading MNC like American Express and Ranbaxy. He also works as a corporate trainer to different organization. He holds MBA in Finance & International Business from one of the esteemed colleges of India. He also holds Diploma in Business Analyst from IIM, Bangalore
Dr. Anoop K. Satpathy is an economist by training and has over two decades of research and training experience internationally. He has been associated with several reputed organisations like VVGNLI, Planning Commission, World Bank, UNDP, ILO, Government of Afghanistan, SAARC etc. He has visited many countries of Europe, Asia and America. He has completed many research projects and authored many books and research publication in national and international journals. His areas of research interest are Labour Economics, Development Economics and Quantitative Economics. Dr. Anoop K. Satpathy holds a Ph.D. in Economics.
Dr. Babu Rao Gona is serving as a researcher and consultant to different national and international research organizations. He worked as a faculty to central and state universities. He worked closely with development agencies, private sector, academic institutions and governments on various research and advisory assignments. His expertise lies in Quantitative and Qualitative research, econometrics modeling and project management on issues related to development and macro economics. He has contributed several papers to national and international journals. He completed his Ph.D. in Economics from University of Hyderabad.
Dr. Badri Narayanan is an economist by profession. He has more than one and half decades of experience. He has been associated with several reputed organisations like University of Washington-Seattle, London School of Economics, McKinsey, KPMG, PWC, World Bank, FAO, WHO, European Commission, ESCAP etc. He has visited many countries like Canada, England, USA, Finland, Turkey and China. He has completed many research projects and authored many books and research publication in national and international journals. Dr. Gopinath Pradhan worked as a Vice Chancellor of IGNOU and Director, School of Social Sciences, IGNOU. He has more than three decades of experience. He has been a Post-doctoral visiting scholar at the Centre for Asian Development studies in Boston University, Concordia University, University of Victoria and Visiting Fellow at the National Institute of Finance and Policy, New Delhi. His areas of specialization are development economics, industrial economics, quantitative economics and education. He has published various research papers in national and international journals. He has completed many research projects independently. He has supervised many Ph.D and M.Phil. students. Dr. Gopinath Pradhan holds a Ph.D. in Economics.
Dr. Krishna Dev has around two decades of long experience in the planning and policy formulation in agriculture, rural development, health, education and transport sector. He has worked with Planning Commission and was closely associated with formulation of 11th five year plan. He also worked with the high level committee on national transport policy set up by the Prime Minister to formulate the long term policy. He has been associated with different corporate sector, national and international organizations and NGOs and with with organization like world Bank, Planning commission and RITES. He worked closely with different state governments on planning and policy formulation. He has contributed various papers and articles to international and national conferences and journals. He broadcasted many national and international issues over television and radio. He completed Ph.D. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
Dr. Mamta Mehar has experience of working with different national and international organization like International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), International Maize and Wheat Improvement Centre (CIMMYT) and Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER). She also worked as a Assistant professor of economics at Delhi University. Her expertise lies in quantitative research, qualitative research, policy formulation on issues related to agriculture, rural development, livelihood and environment. She has published several research papers at national and international peer reviewed journals. She completed her Ph.D. in economics and holds M.A. degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.
Dr. Mayanka Singh has experience of working with different national and international organization on issues focused around maternal and child health, sexual and reproduction health and women health. Her expertise lies in project management, Policy formulation, advocacy, MLE and training on topics related to human development, population, gender and health. She has published several research papers at national and international peer reviewed journals. She completed her Ph.D. in Home Science(Human Development) from Banasthali University.

Dr. Narendra Nath Dalei has more than decades of industry, research and teaching experience. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor (Sr. Scale) at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. Prior to joining UPES, he worked as a Assistant Professor at University of Delhi and IGNOU. He has experience of working with organization like FICCI, Zenith Energy and NSSO, MOSPI. His expertise lies in policy, project management, data and analysis, qualitative and quantitative research in field of environment, education, WASH and livelihood. Dr. Dalei is life member many academics society. He is reviewer and editor of Elsevier. He has many publication in national and International journals. He completed his Ph.D. from University of Delhi in the area of Ecological and Environmental Economics..
Dr. Sahba Fatima has been associated with Institute of Economic Growth as a consultant on various projects. She taught econometrics and economics at IGNOU. Her research interests include Development, Gender, Industrial Economics and Environment. Her expertise lies in data analysis, advocacy and policy analysis. She holds life membership of various professional bodies and society. She has published several papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals as well as contributed to edited books. She holds Ph.D. in Environmental Economics.
Dr. Samraj Sahay has experience of working with different national and international organization like The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), Department of Business studies, Delhi University. Center for Environmental Managment of Degraded Ecosystem, AES Laboratories, Bhagwat Technologies & Energy Conservation Pvt. Ltd. He also worked as a faculty to Department of Economics at IGNOU. He has published several research papers at national and international peer- reviewed journals. His expertise lies in environment, WASH and health with focus around policy, project management, data and analysis and MLE. He has done Ph.D. in Environment Science from Delhi University.
Dr. Shwetal Wankhade has experience of working with different national and international organizations like Integrated Research and Action for Development (IRADe), Ministry of Agriculture and world bank. Her expertise lies in quantitative research, qualitative research, policy formulation on issues related to agriculture, environment and gender. She has published several research papers in national and international journals. She has done Ph.D. in Agricultural economics.
Dr. Srinivasulu Rajendran is an Agricultural Economist and worked with different international organization like International Potato Center (CIP), Nairobi, AVRDC-The World Vegetable Center, IFPRI, IRRI, IWMI, UNFAO, UNCTAD, JBIC and UNDP. He also served in TERI and ICRIER which are national organization based at India. His research interest are agricultural and livelihood with focus on policy, project management, MLE and capacity building. He travelled many countries for his research assignment. He has completed M.Sc. in Economics from Madras School of Economics and Ph.D. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
Dr. Vikash Kumar is a medical doctor by profession, but always been interested in social sectors. His interest lies in health research. He helps in developing community outreach programmes along with strengthening research & training in the field of health care. He has been actively involved in health camps, community health, planning, implementation and monitoring of all major healthcare projects. He provides technical and strategic inputs to development and implementation of various health initiatives and programme. He served to many development agency and NGOs as a volunteer.
Dr. Vinay Bhardwaj, brings with him many years of research & innovation and concurrent teaching experiences from all across the major countries including India, USA and Europe. He has been working closely with US federal agencies including Department of Defense, National Institute of Justice and National Institute of Health. His expertise lies in research and innovation in field of Health, WASH, Environment. One of his inventions, on-chip SLISA assay is patented in USA. He has published many articles in peer-reviewed International journals. He has completed Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Florida International University, USA. He is Postdoc Research Scientist and Adjunct Instructor in Western Carolina University, USA.

Dr. Vivek kumar is a Founder and Executive Director at CSEPR. He leads overall operations of the institute. He is an economist by training. He served as a researcher and consultant to different national and international research organizations, national and international NGOs, development agencies and governments on research and advisory assignments. He also served as a faculty to central and private universities. His expertise lies in economic research, political research, quantitative research, qualitative research, policy formulation, econometrics modeling, Project management and data & analytics on issues of agriculture, rural development, education and livelihood. He has contributed several papers and articles to international and national conferences and journals on topics focused around policy. He completed his Ph.D. in Economics with specialization in agriculture and econometrics and holds M.sc. degree in Economics from Madras School of Economics. He is a national games medalist in football and is a regular marathon runner.
Gokul Gangadharan is a Financial Analyst and worked at high position in different organization. He has multi-industry expertise in organization management, strategic planning and performance evaluation. He is an active member of a Kerala based nonprofit that caters to the needs of cancer patients and survivors. His expertise lies in data analysis, fund raising, community development, capacity building and project management on issues related to health and livelihood. He completed ‘Project Management' and ‘Leading and Managing Non-Profit Organization' courses from Harvard University, and MBA from Hult International Business School, Boston.
Hari Om Dahiya is an entrepreneur and diplomat. His interest lies in culture, youth affairs, education, international relation and leadership development. He has travelled many countries for his assignment. Hari Om Dahiya is currently Regional Youth Coordinator for the Royal Commonwealth Society, London. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Law and Diplomacy from the Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi and graduation from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi.

As a defence scientist, he has worked on complex projects of national importance relating to conventional and cyber warfare, defense strategic systems and decision-making, forecasting and perspective planning. He has worked with many national and international NGOs. His research includes decision making, analytics, strategy operations management, corporate finance, global security market and data mining techniques. He has many publication in national and international journals. He obtained his B. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT, BHU. He has completed his MBA from IIM Bangalore with specialization in strategy and analytics and is a gold medalist.
Pinaki Samant Sighar is a director of CSEPR. His expertise lies in data and analytics with specialization in econometrics. He helps develop analytical framework both quantitative and qualitative and models for various projects. Prior to CSEPR, has also worked for big corporations like HSBC and CITI bank and was involved in managing research activities by designing research instruments, developing robust analytical frameworks. Pinaki holds a Masters degree in Financial Economics from the Madras School of Economics and a B.A.(H) in Economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce.
Pooja Anand has an experience of working with different organisations such as Health Department and Education Department, Government of Bihar. Her expertise lies in counseling, training and advocacy on issues related to education and health. She completed her masters with specialization in clinical psychology from IGNOU.
Pooja Sharma has an experience of working with different government organisations such as Ministry of Education and Women Development Corporation, Government of Bihar. She has been associated with many NGOs working for children and women. Her expertise lies in community development, training and advocacy on issues related to education, children and women. She holds B.A. degree from University of Mumbai.
Preeti Badal is a social worker and ITC (Information and communications technology) professional and has an experience of working with various multinational and government organizations such as Aricent, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC Ltd.) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Her expertise lies in digital marketing, training and capacity building in the field of education, environment and gender. She holds degree in MCA.
Prema Tewari has experience of working different government organization like Ministry of panchayati raj and Ministry of Tribal Affairs. She has worked extensively for tribal population at ground level. She has been associated with many NGOs working for marginalised people. Her expertise lies in policy formulation, data& analysis advocacy and awarness on issues related to gender and livelihood. She has published several research papers in national and international journals. She has done M.Phil. in Sociology and currently pursuing Ph.D. in Sociology from G.B Pant Social Science Institute.

Ramu Choudhary is an ITC (Information and communications technology) professional and has experience of working with various multinational and development agencies. His expertise lies in MIS (Management Information System), software development, computer application and mobile technology. He conducts wide range of training programmes in the areas of information, communication and electronics technologies. His expertise lies in devising, monitoring, coordinating and implementating project related to ITC and to provide affordable IT & software, mobile services support to organizations and enterprises engaged in rural and urban development.
