Our R&D Team wanted to invent something better. They wanted to solve the issue of efficacy of active ingredients decaying over time in wet condition. They thought, "What if we can activate the ingredients right before the application?" YOUCEL's patented Hot-Air Drying & Antibacterial Bio-Coating Technology turned out to be a great foundation to compliment this idea. Using this technology, we have created INCELLIA - a Dried Bio Cellulose sheet, coated with active ingredients.
