Jill Shaw

  • Chartered Engineer
Jill is a Chartered Engineer and currently studying the Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) with ICAEW. Jill is also a qualified project manager, with experience in manufacturing and supply chain excellence. Jill worked as a management consultant for large international manufacturing companies including, Unilever and Glaxo Smithkline and retailers including Sainsbury's and The Cooperative, delivering performance improvement programmes. Jill is also a trained business advisor and has worked with a variety of small and medium sized businesses to produce business plans and develop business improvement projects.

Naomi Golding

Job Titles:
  • Chartered Certified Accountant
Naomi qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) in 2000 and has worked for a wide variety of international organisations, including Glaxo Wellcome, General Electric, Japan Tobacco and Oracle Corporation. As well as providing general accounting support, Naomi is also a qualified Process Improvement Practitioner.

Victoria Delafaille

Job Titles:
  • Chartered Tax Adviser and Accountant
Victoria is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser and Accountant with extensive experience in the service sector, the manufacturing industry and luxury goods market (both retail and wholesale). Victoria went on from being Group Company Accountant and Company Secretary of the fashion brand Amanda Wakeley to set up Delafaille & Co in 2004. Delafaille & Co has expanded rapidly with clients now across London and the North West. Victoria's long standing clients consist of an eclectic mix of successful companies that have been built up mostly by personal referral. Clients include a large advertising agency, a design and marketing company, a contract furniture company and an internationally recognised trader in historic motor racing cars. Victoria's approach of endeavouring to fully understand each business and it's issues enables proactive and commercially relevant advice to be given at all times.
