DBL TAX DESIGN - Key Persons
Philip graduated from Pennsylvania State University, Capitol Campus with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1978. He held positions as a partner in a CPA firm, Comptroller for a bank, construction company and retail store. For the past 25 years, he has assisted clients in coordinating their tax, investment, insurance and legal affairs.
Philip founded DBL Tax Design LLC in 2017 as a resource for people with a BIG problem.
