Austyn Garcia is a Service Advisor and the marketing coordinator for Denver Wealth Management, Inc. (DWM). Born and raised in Colorado, Austyn graduated from ThunderRidge High School in 2014. From there, Austyn attended the Colorado State University of Pueblo for three years as a student-athlete. Between 2014 and 2017, he studied marketing at the Hasan School of Business and pitched for the CSUP Thunderwolves baseball team, achieving Athletic Honor Roll in all three years. Austyn transferred to and graduated from Colorado State University of Fort Collins in 2017-2018, earning his Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in economics and a minor in business administration. He was fortunate to land with DWM as a marketing intern in the fall after graduation. Four months later, Austyn became a full-time team member, accepting a marketing coordinator role. In October 2020, Austyn transitioned to the advisor career path, completing his Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health insurance exams. Austyn's marketing contributions to the DWM team have revolved around enhancing our client experience, concentrating mainly on education, appreciation, and philanthropic initiatives. As a service advisor and fiduciary, Austyn continues his education-first approach to establish and guide successful individuals, families, and small business owners through the six areas of comprehensive financial planning. Austyn believes every investor's plan is unique and should be tailored to suit their needs. Austyn also contributes as co-host of the Mind of a Millionaire podcast. Like any native Coloradoan, Austyn enjoys the finer things in life, such as craft beer and snowboarding. He is an avid sports fan, rooting on the Rockies from Spring until late September (rarely October) and the Nuggets throughout winter. Austyn is an active community member, involved in local non-profit organizations, including Toastmasters.

Avi Claire Chabot

Avi Claire Chabot joined the Denver Wealth Management, Inc. (DWM) team in the summer of 2021 as a receptionist and team assistant. Avi grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, but was drawn to Colorado following numerous family ski trips to Vail. In 2019, Avi earned her bachelor's degree in multimedia studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a minor in technology, arts, and media. After graduation, Avi worked to develop her customer service skills. In her role with DWM, Avi assists our team and clients on tasks ranging from communications to office administration, enhancing our client care and customer service. In her free time, Avi appreciates all things outdoors, including paddle-boarding, hiking, climbing, and skiing. Avi also enjoys indulging in reality TV and baking-her favorite dessert is brownies with bacon bits. With a family ranging from Brooklyn to Cincinnati to San Francisco, Avi likes to travel whenever possible.

In January 2021, Blair and Karen made a big decision for their family: they moved to Steamboat Springs, CO. A smaller, family-rooted community surrounded by ranching and ski culture attracted them to the Yampa Valley-a town where the cowboys have a skiing problem was quite attractive.

Christi Frum

Colorado Springs native Christi Frum has been a securities licensed registered assistant since 2002. For the past 15 years she has served as investment research assistant, customer service representative and general trouble-shooter for veteran advisor Glenn "Buzz" Frum, and in the same capacity for brother David Frum since 2013. After graduating as valedictorian of her high school class in 1991, Christi left the Front Range to pursue studies in economics at Northwestern University in Evanston (Chicago), IL. Four years later she emerged with a degree and headed to New York City where she worked as a contract administrator in the Business Affairs department of Sony Music Corporation and then as a producer for the online advertising firm Organic Media. In 1999 Christi moved to Seattle where she was the newsletter editor for workz.com, a web site dedicated to small online entrepreneurs. A couple of years later the Rocky Mountains and family drew Christi back to Colorado Springs. She enjoys living in Old Colorado City, feeding her appetite for history and science, hiking with her dogs Pax and Lucy, and taking the occasional road-trip to other beautiful Western destinations. Professionally, Christi's grateful to work with family and be in a position to help clients pursue their financial future.

Christine Banks

Christine joined the Denver Wealth Management, Inc. team in 2023 as an operations associate, responsible for assisting our advisors and operations department in trading, account management, and administration. After several years as an educator, Christine transitioned careers to the financial industry in 2018. Starting with Fidelity Investments, Christine quickly focused her time and effort toward obtaining her Series 7 and 63 licenses allowing her to trade stocks and mutual funds. Christine continued to progress with Fidelity, progressing to a branch financial representative before moving to a local RIA, where she continued her passion for connecting and building relationships to serve clients. Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, cooking, collecting tea-time accessories, throwing tea parties, or visiting tea rooms for high tea. She also enjoys traveling locally and internationally and volunteering with her church in various capacities. Christine is known as an avid movie and music buff.

Daniel Herrmann - COO

Dan Herrmann began his career in the financial industry nearly three decades ago, immediately identifying his passion for enhancing business practices to help serve clients better. Dan thrives in a team environment, aiming to uncover new solutions that promote efficient growth while sustaining the boutique advisory landscape upon which DWM was built. Dan began his career with OppenheimerFunds-a once global leader in asset management-directing teams in operations, technology, and client services. From there, he spent time at Broadridge, responsible for product development and integration with new clients, then transitioned to Empower and, eventually, Wells Fargo, continuing to specialize in relationship management and operational efficiencies. Dan has spent most of his life in Colorado, where he graduated from the University of Northern Colorado's Monfort College of Business with a degree in business administration and management.

David Frum

Having an analytical mind and a great love for people, David is driven by the opportunity to help individuals from all walks of life through financial advice. He joined his father and mentor Glenn "Buzz" Frum and sister Christi Frum at LPL Financial in 2013, and now serves clients across his native Colorado and beyond. In early 2017, David, Buzz and Christi partnered with the Denver Wealth Management team, inspired by their rigorous investment process and emphasis on financial planning and client education. David's approach to client relationships is based on the premise that every individual has a dynamic set of goals and values that makes their situation unique. As such, he specializes in providing comprehensive guidance that includes investment advice, tax awareness, retirement income strategizing, insurance coverage analysis and more. David is also a Wealth Manager for several Denver area 401(k) plans, where he educates plan participants through one-on-one meetings and group presentations on topics such as Social Security and debt management. Prior to becoming a Wealth Advisor, David worked at NorthStar Securities, an investment distribution company, where he assisted financial advisors with product implementation, client gathering and retention techniques, and alternative investment education. He holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations through LPL Financial and 65 through Denver Wealth Management. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, David attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he graduated with a B.A. in political science. Beyond his career, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Abby, and their cockapoo, Rory. His hobbies include live music, tennis, enjoying the microbrew and restaurant scene along the Front Range, and riding the emotional roller coaster of all the Colorado sports teams. Edija Saripova

In her free time, Edija is a traditional Coloradoan, enjoying camping, snowboarding, and hiking. She also plays violin and piano and loves to woodwork, crafting anything from coasters to furniture.

Glenn "Buzz" Frum

Buzz was the first Product Manager for the highly successful Government Securities Trust of Kemper Financial Services, located in Chicago. He later became National Sales Manager for Kemper's Unit Investment Trust Department, overseeing their $750 million dollar annual sales effort. In this capacity, Buzz conducted training seminars for banks, brokerage firms and insurance companies across the country.

Isaac Russo

Isaac Russo joined the Denver Wealth Management, Inc. team in 2021 as an analyst intern, eventually transitioning into a data analyst role. Isaac is responsible for assisting the DWM advisory team in providing equity and fund research, investment analysis, and financial planning data entry. A Colorado native, Isaac was born and raised in Louisville, a small municipality in southeast Boulder. He graduated from Colorado Christian University (CCU) in December of 2021, earning a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and a minor in Theology. Isaac is now pursuing his MBA. Outside of the classroom, Isaac is a student-athlete at CCU, competing on the track and field team. His favorite events are the 5,000 meter and one-mile races, boasting personal bests of 14:18 and 4:05, respectively. Other extra-circulars include non-profit work, including volunteering at a local youth group in Denver, Colorado. When Isaac is not running, working, volunteering, or studying, he enjoys all things outdoors-a true Coloradoan-including anything from mountain climbing to causal hikes. Isaac also enjoys doing things with his wife Christina, such as cooking, listening to music, playing board games, and exploring new places.

Kaitlyn began her career as an administrative assistant for a development company directly out of high school, quickly recognizing her passion for organization, communication, and connecting with people. From there, Kaitlyn transitioned away from development into the financial industry, where she connected with DWM in 2016. Since joining the team as a receptionist, Kaitlyn has grown tremendously, working as the firm's office manager until 2021, when she was promoted to Client Relationship Manager. Kaitlyn resides in Minnesota but continues to thrive personally and professionally, serving our clients remotely from the North Star State. As our Client Relationship Manager, Kaitlyn operates a unique and essential role in our firm, assisting clients directly with many administrative needs. Kaitlyn ensures we achieve the boutique client experience we promise to all clients. Outside work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and, most importantly, her two cats, Holly and Noelle. She likes to relax, often watching the latest Netflix hits, exploring new crafting projects on Pinterest, or having DIY spa days.
