Abhijit heads the leadership teams working across the multiple locations and responsible to look after organizations business productivity functions, he has been instrumental in taking various strategic initiatives for the organization by introducing & standardizing the best in class solution biased approach such as designing the product white list, structuring the flow of market research, defining the sales processes, strategic product alliances & creating a pool of human talent and technological resources.
He plays a broader role of a consultant for the growth enhancement & acts as a partner for the overall well being of an organization. Adding value to the Investors fraternity as a whole is something which Abhijit has always been passionate about, It is helping him to understand and curate the need based solutions for HNI Investors.
Abhijit has worked extensively in developing B2B verticals across the financial Industry and brings along 17 years of corporate experience in Business Development, Channel management and Marketing Excellence. Prior to joining Disha Finance, Abhijit was associated with TATA Asset Management Ltd, SBI Mutual Fund & Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Ltd.
Abhijit has been certified by the CFA Institute Investment foundations (USA). Abhijit holds a Bachelor degree in commerce from University of Mumbai & MBA(Finance) from Symbiosis University, Pune.
Chinmay has done his MBA- Marketing from Swinburne University of technology- Melbourne Australia. He is leading a personal finance specialist team in Mumbai, he is helping his team to scale up the acquisition process in UHNI segment, Chinmay works as a growth enhancer for the organisation.
Chinmay carries 12 year+ experience in the BFSI industry and he has been helping a diverse number of investors to achieve their financial goals.
Prior joining Disha finance, Chinmay was associated with various organisations such as Edelweiss wealth Management, ICICI securities wealth and L&T Mutual Fund.

Dilip is a passionate entrepreneur & leads the organization very dynamically since 1996. He has an extensive hands-on experience in leading a retail business for more than 25 years. Dilip sets the overall strategy for the organisation.
For last 2 decades, dilip has been instrumental in setting the high level of standards for the organisation with respect to the systems, processes, business development, legal framework & business integrity. At the same time, he played an important role in educating thousands of investors with respect to their financials.
As a founder director of this 25 year young successful venture. He is always been a mentor for disha family in the success story of the organization.
Pravin is a science graduate and he has joined the organisation in November 2021. He is leading the Pune team and helping them across the business development process. His qualitative approach towards personal finance is ultimately going to help the valuable investors during their wealth creation journey.
Pravin carries 13 years of hands on corporate experience in the areas of business development, banking channel sales and team management. His asset management industry experience is helping him and also getting benefited to his team to follow the process driven approach with respect to client onboarding.
Pravin has been instrumental in handholding the investors with respect to their personal finances, at the same time he has been adding tremendous value to the investors which helps them to take a wise investment decisions.
Prior joining team Disha, Pravin was associated with Kotak securities Ltd, Nippon India Mutual Fund and L&T Mutual Fund.
Suparna dynamically leads the organization with respect to its finance functions. She is like a strong pillar for the organisation's accounts & administration verticals.
