DMCRC - Key Persons
Fergus is DMCRC's Secretary and is also Chief Operating Officer at St Michael's Collegiate School. He is an experienced manager with nearly 30 years of commercial, financial and operational experience in ASX listed companies, not-for-profit and other organisations. Fergus' qualifications include a motor boat licence and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), amongst others. The rest of Fergus' family are current or previous rowers. In his spare time, he drives a safety boat; attempts to keep the concrete boat ramp safe and clean; and helps with rowing fundraising.
Melissa joined the DMCRC family in 2018 when the first of her daughter's commenced rowing, DMCRC quickly becoming her family's second home. More recently she is serving as DMCRC'S President after joining as a general committee member in 2021. Melissa brings over 25 years management experience, specialising in human resource management, business development and communications, serving predominantly in the emergency service sector and health industry. In the rowing off-season she enjoys travelling and photography with my family.
