Fergal is a Founding Partner of Earlsfort and is Joint Managing Director with Paul Brophy. While his role as MD oversees the management of the business his specific focus is Deal Origination. He has 25 years of Commercial Lending and Debt Capital Markets experience primarily focused on the Irish and UK market.
Prior to joining Earlsfort he worked at Anglo Irish Bank for 18 years where he was Lending Director with responsibility for a 2BN commercial loan book across all property sectors and multiple UK & European jurisdictions. He holds Degree in Business Studies and Finance.

Paul is a Founding Partner of ECP and Joint Managing Director with Fergal Feeney. In his role as MD he oversees the management of the business with a specific focus on Credit and Funding. He has over 25 years of CRE Debt Capital Markets experience and has been US based since 2000.
Prior to Earlsfort he ran US operations for a European based Family Office overseeing over $1BN in acquisitions, financings and asset sales. Paul also spent 17 years with Anglo Irish Bank where he was Head of the Bank's NY office and oversaw over $8BN of originations.
