EAST COAST WINDSURFING

The East Coast Windsurfing Association (ECWA) was formed in January 2014 to promote the sport of windsurfing through amateur competition and instruction. ECWA directors organize the East Coast Windsurfing Festival on Cape Cod, and in the past also on Long Island.
