Caitlin Kilburg has dedicated her entire legal career to defending employers and insurance companies against workers' compensation claims. As such, Ms. Kilburg has extensive experience working with employers, insurers, third-party administrators, and professional employer organizations to resolve issues in all aspects of workers' compensation in both Iowa and Nebraska.
Conan Becknell practices civil litigation regarding insurance defense in both federal and state court. While attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law he was certified with the Business Innovations Legal Clinic and was a published Law Review member. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Becknell worked twenty years in Federal law enforcement. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
With over 30 years experience, Dan Ketcham has litigated a wide array of civil and commercial cases, including complex cases of professional negligence, product liability and catastrophic injury. Mr. Ketcham has been recognized by the American Board of Trial Advocates sits on the Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committees of the Defense Research Institute and is the former chair of the Nebraska State Bar Disciplinary Review Board. He is a past member of the Judicial Nominating Commission of the Nebraska Supreme Court. He is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Law Association, the Council on Litigation Management, the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association.

Dana Jurgensmeier practices civil litigation regarding insurance defense in both federal and state court. While attending the University of Nebraska College of Law, she was a member of the 2021 Regional Champion Trial Team and was later named to the 2021 Chapter of The Order of Barristers. She was also certified with the Nebraska Law Criminal Clinic during her time at Nebraska Law. Dana's father works as truck driver for his local farmers' cooperative, so she has a special appreciation for her clients in the transportation industry.
She is admitted to practice in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. In her free time, she loves to spend time outdoors with her family.
Dominique (Deery) Jones rejoins the firm to specialize in insurance defense claims after four years as a county prosecutor. She brings a vast knowledge of civil litigation combined with her extensive experience as a trial attorney to represent our clients and carriers through all phases of the legal process.
Dominique Deery Jones practices in the firm's civil litigation group and specializes in civil litigation and insurance defense. Dominique handles insurance claims, coverage issues, premises liability defense, and personal injury defense. She is an experienced trial attorney and returns to Engles, Ketcham, Olson, & Keith after working as a prosecutor in Sarpy County, Nebraska for four years, specializing in misdemeanor and felony crimes, including domestic violence and large-scale animal abuse. Dominique most enjoys arguing contested pretrial matters and the process of jury selection.
Dominique is admitted to practice law in both Nebraska and Iowa and is pending admission to practice in Colorado. She is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Dominique also serves as Secretary on the Executive Board of The Collective For Hope: Grief's Journey, HEALing Embrace, and Ted E. Bear Hollow, which provides free and competent grief and survivorship support services, programming, and outreach to the Omaha Community.

With a practice focused primarily on Workers' Compensation, Garrett Lutovsky provides aggressive defense for employers, insurers and third-party administrators. His experience spans all areas of Workers' Compensation.
Mr. Lutovsky is admitted to practice in Iowa and Nebraska. His is a member of the Iowa and Nebraska State Bar Associations, the Omaha Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Senior partner in the firm's Workers' Compensation practice, Jason Kidd has extensive experience working with employers, insurers and third-party administrators to resolve issues in all aspects of Workers' Compensation in both Iowa and Nebraska. In addition, Mr. Kidd serves on the Executive Board for the Workers' Compensation Section of the Nebraska Bar Association. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. In addition, Mr. Kidd has volunteered to serve on the Finance Council at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and the Millard United Sports baseball board. Much of his free time is spent with his wife and children, who keep him busy with activities at home, school and throughout the state.
Jessica Voelker has been practicing law for over twenty years with a primary focus of workers' compensation defense. She spent ten years working as in-house counsel for one of the nation's largest insurance carriers giving her specialized and unique insight into the claims handling process. In 2020, Jessica was successful in upholding the apportionment doctrine in Picard v. P&C Group 1, 306 Neb. 292 (2020). Jessica has presented at the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Seminar. She speaks Spanish and French fluently.
Before becoming an attorney, Jon-Thomas (JT) served in the United States Army. During JT's time in the Army, he was deployed to combat three times, earned the prestigious Combat Infantryman's Badge and recognized with two Army Achievement Medals and an Army Commendation Medal for actions taken during his deployments. JT has a ‘never quit mission' first perspective that he brings to law practice. JT continues to serve his community as a volunteer mentor with the Douglas County Veteran's Treatment Court. JT's primary focus is workers' compensation claims.

With her experience both within the insurance company and as outside counsel, Karen Bailey brings special insight to her practice of insurance defense. Specializing in civil litigation and insurance defense, Keith Graham handles insurance claims, employment defense, and personal injury defense through all stages of litigation. Prior to joining Engles, Ketcham, Olson, & Keith, his experience has included working as a workers' compensation claims adjuster prior to law school and clerking for California's First District Court of Appeal.
Graham is admitted to practice in both Nebraska and Iowa.
Kristina Kamler practices insurance coverage and defense litigation across all lines - concentrating on construction defect, transportation, contract disputes, and Medicare/Medicaid.
Representing insurance companies, self-insured corporations, small businesses, and individuals, she is well versed in defending claims from inception to final resolution.
Kamler is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association Civil Practice and Procedure Committee and was an editor of the association's 2016 Civil Practice and Procedure Manual. She also authored the firm's compendium for settling claims in accordance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.

Paige Hall is a member of the firm's civil litigation group, with a diversified practice including insurance defense, restaurant and retail industry defense, products liability, insurance coverage and appellate work. Tyler Laflin is a partner in the Workers' Compensation section of Engles, Ketcham, Olson & Keith. Mr. Laflin's practice is devoted solely to Workers' Compensation defense in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. He handles all aspects of Workers' Compensation litigation and has argued cases before the Supreme Court in Iowa and Nebraska.
Mr. Laflin is a member of CLM and is a graduate of the Litigation Management Institute. Philip Wasta has been working in insurance for over ten years in underwriting, adjusting and recoupment; giving him a unique insight into the claims handling process. Mr. Keith has given over 100 presentations to industry groups on topics varying from mold litigation, 1983 violations, trial tactics, case evaluation and management, as well as best practices. Encouraged by his clients and colleagues, Mr. Keith has added mediation to his scope of practice. He is often sought out for mediations because of his understandings not only of claim evaluation, but of the expense incurred and efficiency desired by both sides to a dispute.
