Dominique (Deery) Jones rejoins the firm to specialize in insurance defense claims after four years as a county prosecutor. She brings a vast knowledge of civil litigation combined with her extensive experience as a trial attorney to represent our clients and carriers through all phases of the legal process. Dominique Deery Jones practices in the firm's civil litigation group and specializes in civil litigation and insurance defense. Dominique handles insurance claims, coverage issues, premises liability defense, and personal injury defense. She is an experienced trial attorney and returns to Engles, Ketcham, Olson, & Keith after working as a prosecutor in Sarpy County, Nebraska for four years, specializing in misdemeanor and felony crimes, including domestic violence and large-scale animal abuse. Dominique most enjoys arguing contested pretrial matters and the process of jury selection.
