My fiance and I are both Northern KY natives and met each other in high school. I recently graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor degree in Finance and Economics. The idea of ELF BNB came after a trip to the Philippians my Junior year. This was my first time experiencing and utilizing short-term vacation rentals as an alternative to typical hospitality. After returning to Lexington, my roommate and I began "renting out" a room in our condo, which was conveniently located next to Rupp Arena. With initial success, we began expanding our rentals to the downtown Lexington area and working closely with property owners by being their 'glorified' tenant. After graduating, we have expanded to the Grant County where I officially began ELFBNB, LLC. After buying our first house in Northern KY, my fiance and I decided to expand into the Cincinnati area, specifically Covington, with ELF BNB.
