Amy Staub brings vigor and enthusiasm to everything she does at Exec-Comm - from managing client relationships and designing customized training programs, to delivering experiential workshops where participants hone their skills and leave with increased confidence. She consults with a diverse set of industries, including digital media and advertising, pharmaceutical, financial, legal, and technology. Internally, Amy works on special projects to support the firm. She is currently partnering with our Instructional Designer to refresh our core workshops to bring new and improved training experiences to our clients and participants.
Anne Teutschel brings over 15 years of communication skills training, coaching, and facilitation experience to her clients. Specializing in presentation skills, executive presence, leadership development and client relationship building, Anne trains at all levels, from young professionals to C-suite executives across various industries. Anne's skillful approach helps her clients develop their unique presentation style, hone their message, and listen more effectively.

Antonia Dooley supports Exec-Comm in a dual role as both a Producer and Assistant in the Accounting Department. In her role as a producer, Antonia works with our facilitators to ensure participants have an interactive and seamless workshop experience. She supports virtual classrooms on multiple platforms, running the technical side of things and offering live support to workshop attendees. In her accounting role, Antonia manages invoicing, improves internal processes, and ensures our clients are treated with care.
Jun Medalla is an Exec-Comm veteran with over 20 years with the firm, and he brings nearly 15 years of financial services industry experience. He coaches executives and trains groups of professionals on how to present, lead, sell, write, and negotiate. Jun leads our firm with a belief that you will be a better communicator if you focus more on others and less on yourself.

Beat has worked as a management consultant for international consultancies, where he led large and international projects. As head of staff at Swiss Life he was responsible for marketing, internet communication and business development. At Allianz Suisse, he was in charge of the sales force gaining experience in sales management and sales performance.

Dan Vicente serves as the Director of Operations and Technology, overseeing crucial domains including Technology, Operations, Production, Shipping, and the Exec-Comm office. Within this capacity, Dan assumes responsibility for network strategy, implementation, and security, as well as procurement of technology used both internally and externally for workshop facilitation. His commitment to seamless operations is evidenced by his proactive collaboration across various internal committees and his close partnership with the firm's key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives. Additionally, he spearheads the management of Exec-Comm's Learning Management System and Intranet, meticulously designing, creating, and curating content to create sustainable learning journeys for participants and build community.
When Dan isn't working, he is an integral member of a braintrust dedicated to leading a charitable initiative known as Comics Curing Cancer (C3). Serving as an official campaign under the auspices of the American Cancer Society, C3 is steadfastly committed to fundraising for cancer research, with the overarching mission of vanquishing the formidable adversary that is cancer. Over the course of its three-year tenure, C3 has galvanized support and raised an impressive sum exceeding $80,000, demonstrating a tangible impact in the ongoing battle against cancer.
Since 2022, Daniela has been a Virtual Producer at Exec-Comm, ensuring seamless online training sessions on Zoom, Webex, and Teams. With experience in sales, customer service, and executive support, she's been working remotely with multicultural teams across different time zones since 2020.
Danny is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of corporate experience in the information technology, logistics, and executive search sectors. During his 15 year endeavor in the search arena, Danny successfully placed dozens of C-level, VP, and Director level executives with global companies in the Asia Pacific region. Danny entered the executive search business in 1998 with an initial focus on the information technology sector and gradually expanded into industries like manufacturing, logistics, and telecommunications.
Darren Hamilton brings over 5 years of facilitation experience to Exec-Comm with a focus on communication, professional development, and executive presence. He has a proven track record of reflecting a consistent commitment to excellence, fostering client and participant relationships based on exceptional interpersonal skills, trust, and integrity. His extensive professional experience includes over 20 years of leadership and management, marketing, sales, and training experience. David Nevin is a consultant, executive coach, and training facilitator in the Asia Pacific region. He brings to Exec-Comm more than fifteen years of experience developing executives across many industries. He has designed and delivered over 200 global leadership and intercultural communication skills workshops throughout Asia. David delivers programs in English and Japanese and is conversant in French. He is also an IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator and an active member of the International Coach Federation.
Having lived and worked in Canada, Switzerland, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Netherlands, David is currently based in Tokyo since 1997. David co-wrote a weekly radio show and a book for NHK Educational Corporation. He is a lecturer in the Hitotsubashi Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy's MBA program, and is a CSR ambassador for both Refugees International Japan and Girl Rising. Outside of work, David enjoys hiking, swimming, and parenting his bicultural (Canadian-Japanese) son.
At Exec-Comm, Diane McCulloch partners with leading clients from a broad range of industries including financial services, consulting and insurance. She divides her time between coaching senior executives one-on-one to enhance both their professional presence and leadership skills, and management group training workshops. Diane focuses on improving such skill-sets as: building strong professional relationships, verbal and written communications, persuasion strategies, negotiation techniques, and consultative selling.
Diane Walsh Sasaki began her career in advertising, working for Sony Corporation in Tokyo and New York. She has clients from all sectors, including the finance, pharmaceutical, social media, engineering, and electronics industries. Based in Tokyo, Diane has worked throughout Asia including Japan, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Korea to coach high potentials on leadership development and senior executives transitioning their skills to new cultures and teams. Ethan Cadoff, Esq., is part of Exec-Comm's Law Firm Group and coaches clients across a broad spectrum of industries. He is passionate about helping clients discover practical solutions to their day-to-day communication challenges in a competitive business world. Ethan believes that, with confidence and presence, anyone can learn to deliver more impactful messages. He gets tremendous satisfaction from seeing his clients achieve that goal. Eurydice (Eury) Lalan joined Exec-Comm in 2017. As a Senior Training Coordinator, she manages communication skills training programs for business professionals. Gina Chen joined Exec-Comm in 2022. As a Scheduling Specialist, she ensures all workshops are assigned to the best facilitator to meet our clients' needs. Gina collaborates with managers and the operations team to maintain the quality of instructors and ensure proper processes are followed when opportunities are entered. She is passionate about adding value to our clients by assigning our dynamic instructors.
Giovanna Amores-Duke joined the Exec-Comm team in 2022, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to the marketing department. She manages a variety of marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, blog writing, email campaigns, and public programs. Giovanna also plays a key role in developing and refining marketing strategies while seamlessly coordinating marketing events with professionalism and care.

Jake Bennis is the Senior IT Support Specialist for Exec-Comm. He has been a member of the IT support team for 6 years and has been working for Exec-Comm since graduating from college. His role is fundamental in ensuring the company's technology runs smoothly. This role includes the upkeep of company devices such as laptops, TVs, monitors, mice & keyboards, both in and out of the office space. He is proficient in online programs such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Webex.
Janneke Srinath began working with Exec-Comm in 2015 as part of the global team. Her coaching specialties include presentation, leadership, meeting, and writing skills. Janneke helps others communicate simply and clearly in a way that works for them. The key thread in her career has been her passion for doing meaningful work, constantly seeking improvement and innovation, and helping others to become more effective. She is fluent in Dutch and English.
Jay Sullivan is the former Managing Partner, and currently leads the firm's Law Firm Group. He is an award-winning author and columnist and was an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law Center and Fordham University School of Law. His book, Simply Said: Communicating Better at Work and Beyond, was released by John Wiley & Sons in 2016, and has since been translated into Arabic, Chinese, French, Korean, and Russian. As a contributing writer for Forbes.com, Jay brings relevant and timely advice on enhancing one's communication skills to the business community.

She leads the Human Resources department where she manages benefits, company policies, and risk and compliance for the firm. Karen serves as head of the Administrative Team, collaborating closely with Managers, Training Coordinators, and Consultants to ensure a premier experience for all clients. She also oversees the scheduling of all workshops and instructor assignments. With a focus on firm culture and ensuring a positive experience for all from start to finish, she also co-leads the Recruiting and Onboarding, Culture, and Structure committees. Additionally, Karen is proud to have founded Exec-Comm's internal newsletter to connect colleagues across the globe.
Karen Rodriguez is a passionate marketer, designer, innovator, and communicator. She joined Exec-Comm in 1999, and entered the partnership in 2009. With over 25 years of experience, Karen strategically manages Exec-Comm with oversight on many different areas of the firm.
