Internally, Amy works on special projects to support the firm. She is currently partnering with our Instructional Designer to refresh our core workshops to bring new and improved training experiences to our clients and participants.

His commitment to seamless operations is evidenced by his proactive collaboration across various internal committees and his close partnership with the firm's key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives. Additionally, he spearheads the management of Exec-Comm's Learning Management System and Intranet, meticulously designing, creating, and curating content to create sustainable learning journeys for participants and build community. When Dan isn't working, he is an integral member of a braintrust dedicated to leading a charitable initiative known as Comics Curing Cancer (C3). Serving as an official campaign under the auspices of the American Cancer Society, C3 is steadfastly committed to fundraising for cancer research, with the overarching mission of vanquishing the formidable adversary that is cancer. Over the course of its three-year tenure, C3 has galvanized support and raised an impressive sum exceeding $80,000, demonstrating a tangible impact in the ongoing battle against cancer.

He is also an IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator and an active member of the International Coach Federation. Having lived and worked in Canada, Switzerland, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Netherlands, David is currently based in Tokyo since 1997. David co-wrote a weekly radio show and a book for NHK Educational Corporation. He is a lecturer in the Hitotsubashi Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy's MBA program, and is a CSR ambassador for both Refugees International Japan and Girl Rising. Diane Walsh Sasaki began her career in advertising, working for Sony Corporation in Tokyo and New York. She has clients from all sectors, including the finance, pharmaceutical, social media, engineering, and electronics industries. Based in Tokyo, Diane has worked throughout Asia including Japan, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Korea to coach high potentials on leadership development and senior executives transitioning their skills to new cultures and teams. For four years, Ethan served as Facilitator Manager in North America, managing and training Exec-Comm's dynamic team of facilitators.
