TSC was founded in 1986 by Alan Williams to help local law enforcement in Oregon manage their computer hardware systems. A few years later at the request of TSC's clients, Alan and a small engineering team started developing message switch interfaces to help state and local law enforcement agencies share vital criminal history information... At the end of the nineties, TSC started working with the Oregon State Police and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to develop a case management system for firearm applications and fingerprint and/or name and date-of-birth criminal background checks (for employment and state licensing).
