She has served in board roles with American Chamber of Commerce Canada - Western Chapter and the Canadian Indigenous Nuclear Association. Staying true to her Northern Saskatchewan roots, Aleta is a catalyst for change that creates an efficient, culturally favourable and inclusive environment.

Allison Rippin Armstrong

Allison Rippin Armstrong is a biologist and environmental scientist with over 25 years experience specializing in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices across Canada and internationally. Allison's accomplishments over the years have been recognized on a number of occasions, including being awarded the 2009 Kivalliq Inuit Association Expert Counsel Award and the 2011 Mike Hine Award for her contributions to the mining industry in Nunavut. A long-standing board member of Yukon Women in Mining, past member of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines, and founding member of the Yukon University Foundation Board, she is also the Board Chair of Tectonic Metals Inc. As VP Nunavut Affairs, Allison's focus will be in community, regulatory and government relations in Nunavut Territory.

Anthony Balme

Brian Christie

Brian Christie's professional career spans over 45 years as a geologist, securities analyst, and investor relations executive. During his tenure as Vice-President Investor Relations at Agnico Eagle Mines from 2012-2022, Agnico Eagle was consistently recognized as having one of the top investor relations programs in Canada. Mr. Christie is currently retained by Agnico Eagle as a Senior Advisor, Investor Relations. Prior to joining Agnico Eagle, he worked for over 17 years as a precious and base metals analyst with Desjardins Securities, National Bank Financial, Canaccord Capital, and HSBC Securities, in addition to 13 years as a geologist with several mining companies including Homestake, Billiton, Falconbridge Copper, and Newmont. Mr. Christie holds a BSc. in Geology (University of Toronto) and an MSc. in Geology (Queen's University). He is also a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

Dan O'Brien - CFO

Dan O'Brien is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and has over 15 years experience working with public companies in the resource industry. Mr. O'Brien is the Chief Financial Officer for a number of publicly listed exploration companies trading on the TSX and TSX-V exchanges and was previously a senior manager at a leading Canadian accounting firm where he specialized in the audit of public companies in the mining and resource sector.

David Cowan

Mr. Cowan is semi-retired, having previously been a partner in the law firm McMillan LLP until 2020. He currently provides in-house legal services to Forum on securities and corporate law matters. He also serves as an independent director for a number of TSX.V companies, primarily in the mining sector.

DR. BOEN TAN

Dr. Tan is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan, and possesses over thirty-five years of uranium exploration experience. Dr. Tan joined Uranerz, a private German company, in 1969 and after a number of years as a field geologist in Germany and Australia, moved to Canada in 1973 as a senior geologist and Project Manager for Uranerz Exploration & Mining Ltd. (UEM), conducting uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin. Dr. Tan was instrumental in the discovery of the Key Lake uranium deposit and the development of the Key Lake Mine which produced approximately 200 million pounds of U3O8 at a grade of 2.5% over a fifteen year mine life from 1983 to 1997. After the development of the Key Lake Mine, Dr. Tan continued to supervise UEM's uranium exploration and drilling programs in the Athabasca Basin, including regional exploration in the greater Key Lake area. Dr. Tan monitored the exploration and diamond drilling of UEM's joint ventures with Cameco until 1998. For the next seven years, Dr. Tan acted as a consultant to a number of companies and joined Forum as a Chief Geologist in 2005. In 2007 he received the 2007 Outstanding Achievement Award from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan.

DR. LARRY HULBERT

A specialist in magmatic nickel, copper and platinum-group element (PGE) deposits, Dr. Hulbert's extensive international career as a geoscientist includes work in both the private and public sectors, in addition to the academic community. His work on many major magmatic nickel-copper-PGE complexes in the world is recognized throughout the international geological community. Dr. Hulbert began his career in the Lynn Lake nickel camp in northern Manitoba, followed by his extensive PGE work in South Africa's Bushveld Complex, and completion of his Doctor of Science at the University of Pretoria in 1983. From 1984 to 2007, Larry worked as a Research Scientist in the Mineral Deposit Research Division of the Geological Survey of Canada where he had the opportunity to analyze most potential PGE deposits in Canada, including Forum's area of focus within the Peter Lake Domain in Saskatchewan. Since 2007, Dr. Hulbert has consulted for companies exploring for nickel-copper-PGE deposits internationally. Dr. Hulbert is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan and a Registered Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the Barlow Medal from Canadian Institute of Mining and metallurgy in 1993, the Robinson Distinguished Lecturer for 2001-2002 (Geological Association and Mineralogical Association of Canada ), and the Earth Sciences Sector Merit Award (2003) by Natural Resources Canada in recognition of his exemplary effort in the sustainable development of Canada's northern mineral wealth.

Dr. Peter Wollenberg

Peter began his 50+ year career in uranium exploration in 1973 with Urangesellschaft Gmbh exploring in Germany, West Africa, South America, Australia, and Canada. As Senior Geologist/Project Manager on the Kiggavik uranium discovery in the Thelon Basin, Peter and his team unlocked the uranium potential of the area with the discovery of the Andrew Lake, End, Bong, and Jane deposits, which neighbour Forum's Aberdeen project. Following the sale of Urangesellschaft to Cogema in 1993 (later AREVA and now Orano), Peter was appointed to various senior geologist positions over the next twenty years, which took him from the Cluff Lake mine in the Athabasca Basin to the Darwin office in the Kombolgie Basin, Northern Australia, and the Arlit office in the Tim Mersoi Basin in Niger Africa, later returning to Saskatchewan as Director of Canadian Exploration and Acquisitions from 2008-2012. Since 2012, Peter has been Director of Exploration and Resource Development for Global Atomic Corporation. Global Atomic is developing the Dasa uranium project, the highest-grade uranium deposit in Niger. Commissioning of the future mine's processing plant is expected in 2025-2026.

Dr. Rebecca Hunter

Dr. Rebecca Hunter has over 15 years experience as a uranium exploration geologist in Saskatchewan and Nunavut. As a project geologist for Cameco from 2005-2016, Rebecca led the Turaqvik-Aberdeen exploration project, where the high-grade Tatiggaq and Qavvik uranium deposits were discovered adjacent to Orano's (formerly AREVA) Kiggavik uranium project in Nunavut. Dr. Hunter completed her PhD at Laurentian University, which focused on the litho-geochemistry, structural geology, and uranium mineralization systems of the Tatiggaq-Qavvik uranium trend in the Thelon Basin. She was recently appointed Senior Geologist and will continue her lead work on this project as a member of Forum's exploration team.

Jacqueline Collins - Secretary

Ms. Collins is a Securities/Corporate Finance Paralegal with over 25 years of experience as a legal administrator, corporate secretary and paralegal at both independent and national law firms, and with public resource companies. She specializes in the preparation and filing of all securities documents with Canadian and US securities regulators, including all continuous disclosure documents.

Janet Meiklejohn

Janet Meiklejohn, MBA, CPA (Ca), is the Managing Principal of Emerald Capital, which provides strategic consulting services, including corporate governance, finance, and marketing to emerging growth companies. A former Institutional Equity Sales VP focused on the mining sector with leading Canadian investment banks including Desjardins Securities, National Bank, Salman Partners, and Macquarie Capital from 1997 to 2015, Janet also grew up in Saskatchewan and has maintained a long standing interest in the development of the province's uranium industry. Janet was formerly Vice President Finance and Investor Relations with the Very Good Food Company, and Chief Financial Officer of Empress Royalty Corp.

Martin Kulla

Martin Kulla has eight years of project experience exploring for gold, base metals and uranium in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and the Yukon. Martin began his studies at Douglas College in BC and in 2018 graduated from Memorial University in Newfoundland with an Honours BSc in Earth Sciences. He joined Forum's exploration team in 2023.

Michael A. Steeves

Mr. Steeves has been involved in the mining industry for over 40 years. He is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of Zazu Metals Corporation, which is developing a large zinc-lead-silver deposit near the Red Dog mine in Northern Alaska. Prior to joining Zazu Metals, Mike was Vice President of Investor Relations for Glamis Gold, and also served as Director of Investor Relations for Coeur D'Alene Mines, Homestake Mining and Pegasus Gold. Mr. Steeves also worked as a mining analyst for many years with a number of Canadian Investment firms and as a geologist for senior mining companies in Canada and the United States. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology and a Master of Science Degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Larry Okada

Mr. Larry Okada is a member of both the Canadian Chartered Professional Accountants and the Washington State Certified Public Accountants Association with over 45 years experience providing financial management services to publicly traded companies, with emphasis on junior mineral exploration companies. He holds a B.A. in Economics and was in public practice with his own firm of Staley, Okada and Partners and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Okada also serves as Chairman of Forum's Audit Committee.

Paul Dennison

Paul Dennison worked for 27 years in the front-end of three leading investment banks: Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch & Deutsche Bank. His main focus was capital markets origination, underwriting, sales, and trading in all regions outside the Americas. Thereafter, Paul managed his own asset management company for 12 years, which was licensed in Singapore, Switzerland, and the United States. Presently, Paul is based in Zurich and Singapore with his own firm, specializing as an introducing broker, sourcing international investment capital for clients.

Richard J. Mazur - CEO, President

Mr. Richard Mazur is a corporate executive and geoscientist with over 40 years of Canadian and international experience in the exploration and mining industry as a project geologist, financial analyst and senior executive on uranium, gold, diamonds, base metals, and industrial minerals projects. Mr. Mazur founded Forum in 2004. He is also a Director of Big Ridge Gold Corp., Impact Silver Corp., and Midnight Sun Mining Corp. Mr. Mazur graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Toronto in 1975 and obtained an MBA from Queen's University in 1985.
