The Family Planning Country Action Process Evaluation (FP CAPE) is a prospective, portfolio-level process evaluation that takes a complex systems look at a portfolio of family planning investments to improve modern contraceptive use... FP CAPE is currently evaluating the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) family planning portfolios in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Nigeria.
