Eddie the Cavapoo is the Chief Wellbeing Officer working with me here at FSK Minds Matter. He ensures that I always take breaks through the day. He likes to help me go for walks, give my brain a break and get me away from the screen (and he can be a bit bossy and demanding about making sure that this happens!). Eddie also loves to provide a warm welcome to clients who choose to see me in person in my Stockton or home office.
