GENISYS

We are the GenISYS team - a group of researchers from across the UK who are working together to investigate experiences and outcomes for families who have a child with a genetic syndrome associated with intellectual disability (particularly Williams syndrome and autism)... This research is funded by the Baily Thomas Charitable fund, and led by Dr Katie Cebula (University of Edinburgh), Dr Debbie Riby (Durham University) and Prof Richard Hastings (Warwick University). We have been involved in research with families of children with developmental disabilities for many years.
