A detail-focused professional, Alejandro works closely with the Property Development team to achieve positive outcomes for clients and to identify business opportunities.
With a keen eye for detail, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the property realm, he prioritises maximising return on investment while nurturing lasting, positive connections with clients and tenants.

With over 22 years of international finance and multi-national experience, Amit brings a wealth of knowledge and impeccable credentials to all facets of financial management.
Joining GEON in 2016 as a member of the senior leadership team, Amit optimi ses performance and productivity and oversees strategic financial plans and risk mitigation.
With a background in multi-national private equity and venture capital investment management, Amit heads the GEON finance division, a team highly skilled in project funding, funds management, bank negotiations, trust accounting and tenancy administration.
He is a member of the Institute of Charted Accountants India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, MBA (Finance) QUT.
With over 20 years in property marketing, Anita plays a key role in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for retail, residential and corporate projects.
Anita holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business and oversee s the production of high-engagement social media content, effective public relations, and brand management for GEON projects.
She works closely with clients to define and understand their market and develops bespoke brand and communication materials to achieve those objectives.

Ashley brings 30 years of retail property and shopping centre management to the GEON team and oversees all aspects of leasing and business development.
Ashley's expertise in leasing and tenancy mix is the result of experience on numerous major retail projects from initial land acquisition to overseeing leasing and management.
A respected figure in the industry, Ashley holds long-standing relationships with significant retail brands including Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, Target, Big W, and Aldi in addition to the major fast food and fuel retailers.
Ashley works closely with our leasing and management teams providing advice and recommendations and mentoring.
Developing his property career through hands-on experience, Ben seamlessly integrates into the GEON team.

With 25 years in the property industry, preceded by a decade in the law, Ben brings confidence and enthusiasm to all GEON projects. His background in operating family businesses fosters a unique work environment that encourages leadership and initiative. Client relationships are key, and an open, collaborative approach is at the heart of GEON philosophy.
He is a long-standing member of the Property Council of Australia, holds a Bachelor of Laws, is an REIQ Registered Licensee, and a Solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Queensland, England and Wales*.
Ben ensures that relationships are nurtured and instils this value amongst the entire team. By building a culture of autonomy and accountability, his open and collaborative approach is a key attribute to the GEON philosophy.

Dans' deep history in operations and technology, particularly in the Purpose-Built, Student Accommodation and Build-to-Rent sectors is perfectly tuned to emerging trends in residential property.
In his 21 year career, Dan has overseen the journey of over 11,000 dwellings across 23 projects in BTR and student accommodation both in the UK and Australia. Representing universities, not-for-profits and commercial operators,
Dan's experience includes the design and delivery of Assemble Communities unique operational framework, and consulting with Aware Super in the launch of its BTR model.
Responsible for the strategic direction and performance of GEON Living, Dan specialises in system architecture solutions, service model design, operational strategy, asset and facility management and operational modelling.

With genuine people skills and over twenty years in commercial property, Elke brings experience and professionalism to tenant relations, rent management, maintenance, and lease administration.
Experience d in risk management, compliance, record keeping and research, Elke provides a comprehensive suite of services for commercial property clients.
Elke's career has taken her from Canberra, to Saudi Arabia to the Gold Coast where she has built a strong following and served as a member of the Bond University Property Industry Advisory Committee. She has earned industry recognition as a 2017 Winner of the Colliers International Awards for Excellence - Outstanding Professional Services - Qld.

With proven experience leading, and competently interacting with project professionals, Mark adopts a hands-on, pro-active, client driven approach to efficiently manage costs and programs.
Mark has spent 25 years in development, project management and town planning and has strong relationships with key government, business, and community stakeholders.
His versatility, strategic smarts and operational instincts bring a broad skill set to both public and private sector projects to achieve agreed performance standards and successful project outcomes.

An accounting powerhouse, Mikko is a key team member of our Finance and accounts team.
A key member of our Finance team, Mikko has specialised in property finance since 2017, she holds a Bachelor of Accounting, a Real Estate Registration Certificate and is fluent in Mandarin.
She assists in the preparation of tailored financial reports to ensure precise fiscal management of every landlord's asset and oversees the accurate and timely processing of invoicing.
Tim has a 15-year association with GEON and brings a great depth of experience to his role as Executive Director.
With a bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons) from The University of Queensland, Tim has extensive international experience in the energy and physical commodities industry.
His credentials cover a decade of trading and management with BP and major Asian energy traders and have earned him a seat on the advisory board of the School of Chemical Engineering at UQ.
In 2022, The Australian named Tim as one of the Top 5 Green Players in Australia's emerging hydrogen industry, endorsing his depth of experience on the national stage.
For 15 years Tim has been an integral player in the success of GEON and has held the Executive Director position since 2019.
