He has a track record of transforming clients' requirements to provide for improved efficiencies and bottom-line functionality in both B2B and B2C service arenas. When Ben is not working, he enjoys boating, camping, and anything outdoors, except the Texas heat!

Beth Buttars is the director of business development for Gogh Solutions. With over 20 years of sales, business development, management consulting and IT management experience, Beth leverages her experience to assist clients in turning their business strategies into actionable operations.
Beth's key areas of expertise include business strategy and transformation, process optimization and facilitation. Her specialized skill set allows clients to drive customer engagement, increase operational efficiency, minimize costs and maximize the value of their internal processes.
Beth holds a Masters of Business Administration from McMaster University and has previously held the designation of Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
Dave Wilder is the president of Gogh Solutions. With a long history in enterprise IT and field service operations, Dave is a senior leader who specializes in delivering high-caliber IT program and project delivery services. Dave's expertise assists his clients in effectively utilizing technology to realize their strategic business objectives.
Dave is a highly valued, trusted advisor to numerous corporations. His expertise in business transformation has helped many clients build and maintain a more efficient services business model and improve operational processes.
Dave holds multiple certifications in leadership and change management and has held various senior roles with Bell Canada. Proven expertise in building and merging enterprise project management offices (PMOs) for growing companies. Excels at anticipating and preparing for client needs, proactively improving services, and optimizing resources. Provides strategic and operational leadership to cross-functional teams to exceed targets, achieve profit and loss (P&L) results, and meet deliverables.

With over 15 years of proven experience in designing, building and delivering IT solutions, Peter assists organizations in using technology to effectively deliver a seamless customer experience. His expertise allows his clients to increase revenue, minimize costs and gain greater visibility into their processes.
Peter's specific skills focus on field service management, CRM, mobile solutions and IoT. Experienced in project management, business and process analysis, KPI development and reporting, Peter is a valuable advisor for his clients, assisting them in determining and developing the best solution for their particular needs.
Peter holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Trent University as well as numerous certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP).
