We specialize in San Diego residential real estate property management that includes single family homes, condominiums, multi-units, and small apartment buildings... We provide monthly disbursement of collected rent either by electronic deposit, ACH, or by check. We also generate comprehensive monthly accounting statements, and year-end financial statements. Unlike many larger property management companies, we feel that it is important that we do not charge our clients any excess management fees such as start-up fees, advertising fees, or leasing fees, etc. Our management fee is not collected until rent has been paid...
