Ayushi Sharma is a graduate from Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education (SAICE), Pondicherry. She has done her Masters in Energy Strategies from MINES ParisTech, France.
Her interests are in the field of micro/nano- grids for rural communities and plans to set up her own social enterprise. She is currently working as a research engineer in the renewable energy startup, SunMoksha.
She is developing technologically advanced but affordable water management solutions for our organic farms.
Brig. Atul Sharma (Retd.) has over two decades of Brigadier Atul Sharma is a retired Army officer with 35 years of experience in the Defence Information and Communication Technology domain. He is associated with Gramonnati Trust, where he utilizes his skills in management, planning, and HR development to help ESM and rural entrepreneurship. With his expertise in ICT, project management, operations and resource management, training, and HR development, decision-making and analysis, and conflict management/change management, he envisions a better-managed and more productive organization over the years. Brig. Atul Sharma has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University, a Bachelor of Science from Guru Nanak Dev University, and several certifications in data communication, networking, software engineering, and management development. He hopes to make a mark and create a better-managed and more productive organization.

Lt colonel Santosh BA is a retired Army officer with over 20 years of experience. He is a highly accomplished Army Officer from Corps of Engineers and has served in Parachute Brigade, one of the most elite Formations in the Army. He has done B Tech from College of military Engineering, Pune, M Tech and MBA from BITS Pilani.

Pawan holds a postgraduate degree from Azim Premji University and a bachelor's degree in BSc Agricultural from PDKV Akola. With a strong focus on natural farming and vermicomposting, he is dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture. Pawan's goal is to drive positive change in the community through agricultural entrepreneurship, extensive research on land ownership in Maharashtra, and forging partnerships between rural and urban communities

Raja Ganesh is a seasoned social sector professional with experience in governmental, non-governmental, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and corporate sectors. As the Consultant for Natural Farming at Gramonnati Trust, he plays a crucial role in developing content and designing training programs on sustainable farming practices. Raja is a trained permaculture designer and an enthusiastic learner and practitioner of alternative farming practices.
He collaborates with renowned natural farming experts in Tamil Nadu and develops unique sustainable agriculture training programs. His expertise lies in organising and designing capacity building programs for various target segments, including farmers, seed savers, rural entrepreneurs, self-help group members, ex-servicemen, college and school students, and urban organic garden enthusiasts.
Raja has also made significant contributions to agricultural literature by translating and publishing books in Tamil. He translated "Reviving Vegetable Diversity - A Seed Savers' Guide," a famous book by Ms. Deepika Gundaji and "Handbook on Organic Cashew Cultivation" originally authored by Dr. Varanasi Krishnamoorthy, Dr. Yadhukumar, and Mr. Sankar Raj in English. Recognizing his exceptional training abilities, Raja was honoured with the "Payir Thozhil Pazhagu" - Best Trainer Award in 2021 by News18 Tamil Nadu, a renowned Tamil News channel.
Rakesh is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Nagpur University and a Master's degree in Development studies from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. After his masters, he joined Gramonnati Trust as a Project Manager. His passion lies in social entrepreneurship and livelihoods. Throughout his enriching academic journey, He explored these subjects, to deepen his understanding of sustainable development and community empowerment. He is committed on making a positive impact, envisioning the use of innovations and technology to drive social enterprise and transform lives in the community.

He is working with us from past 4 years. He graduated in Agriculture Science and has a MBA in Operations. He has over 17 years of experience in Public-Private Partnership, stakeholder management. His expertise lie in REDD+ Safeguarding methodology & planning, Managing and implementing climate change adaptation and resilience activities. He has a Certificate in UNEP offered "Climate Change International Legal Regime".

Shobha Srinivas, Manager HR & Projects, has over 20 years of professional experience in handling Admin, HR and Projects. Prior to joining us, Shobha spent 6 years with Premji Invest, which is the investment office of Mr Azim Premji (Founder Chairman Wipro). Prior to that she has worked 10 years at Cisco Systems. She had a stint with Manhattan Associates and Tata Elxsi. She has done masters in Political Science. Lives in Hyderabad.
Shyam Kaluve has over two decades of professional experience and has been with Cisco for over 18 years. During his corporate tenure he passionately worked for community engagement and was a lead in CSR projects. He has now devoted his time for technology development in social as well as the private sector through startups and not-for-profit organizations. He has been the lead for Gramonnati - Vidya Jyoti project in J&K for the last couple of years and is currently looking at technology additions to our social projects."

Suresh Subbarao (Co-founder and COO) has strong roots in rural Karnataka and is very passionate about sustainable development with social justice. He believes in resource conservation and living lightly on the earth. He is a 17-year veteran at Cisco systems and has held responsibilities in Engineering, Services and IT. He has been a member of the Cisco India Civic Council - the steering body for Cisco's CSR activities.

VP Sharma (Co-founder and CEO) is a Technology professional with over 32 years of global experience in Telecommunications and Networking. He served in Indian Army for 16 years before transitioning to corporate world in 2001. He is experienced in organisational and business transformation having setup, managed and transformed global service delivery organisations for companies like Airtel, Ericsson, Nokia and Cisco. He also volunteers with Sri Aurobindo Society (www.aurosociety.org), a global not-for-profit NGO based out of Pondicherry.
