Mrs. Green, is the Founder of Green Law Group, a boutique firm that provides high quality services to hedge funds, mutual funds and private equity funds. Her practice includes advising clients on the establishment, launch and maintenance of investments funds, including registered mutual funds and ongoing regulatory compliance along with other complex structures. Additionally, Mrs. Green has participated in private equity fund formation and negotiations. Mrs. Green is the Managing Director/CEO at Corporate Management Solutions (Cayman) Ltd. ("CMS"), a fiduciary boutique. Mrs. Green is an approved Director and Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). Mrs. Green has a law degree (LLB Hons.) from Wolverhampton University in London which she completed in 2007, and was called to the bar in 2014.
