Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Scott was a principal within Ernst & Young's Consulting Services practice where he was a member of their Consumer Products and Retail leadership team. He rejoined EY in 2010 to restart their Advisory practice in the upper Midwest and oversaw its growth to market leadership. Scott built and led two of EY's largest global accounts through his tenure of service. Earlier in his career he was a member of the executive team at Siemens where he held positions as vice president of strategy & transactions, and general manager. During his first tour with EY he was a strategy consultant and led a venture capital team investing in mid-stage technology companies to launch new consulting practices for the firm.
