Steve Ouma wanted to be an architect but was influenced by his family to study law. Helping out at his father's valuation firm, he learnt to draft valuation reports for major clients. He further honed his drafting skills at Mohammed Madhani and Company Advocates. These skills that have made Steve a miracle man in his Real estate/ Conveyancing, Commercial and Corporate law practice. He has activated dead files and followed them to conclusion. His experience has been brought to the fore in matters that cut across planners, surveyors and architects.
Steve is currently Head of the Real estate and Commercial Department at GVA. His practice areas include Mixed-use, commercial and residential properties, Banking, finance and securities, Joint ventures, acquisitions and due diligence and Energy and infrastructure.
