And doesn't every day deserve a celebration?... Quality never disappoints. So we deliver on our promise: to provide wines of value and variety. Many of our collections are only available in small batches, which gives us scope to keep our offering fresh... Hawk + Schoon started out as a boutique wine shop in the old Oude Bank building in Stellenbosch. After a little break and it has reopened its doors in May 2022 as a wine bar to serve only the most enjoyable wines by the glass, personally selected by Henk and Fritz - now trading from the opposite corner of Bird and Church street, where the new Schoon Bakery is located. (Yes, they trade as coffee shop by day and we serve the good stuff in the same location, by night.)
