HARROGATE BSAC

Harrogate BSAC was first set up in 1953 as the Yorkshire Underwater Research Group or YURG for short, and later joined BSAC in 1955 as number 039. Harrogate was also an active part of NorFed, the Northern Federation of Divers which was the final remaining Federation in the country, till 2023 when it ended... We at Harrogate BSAC would love to start you on your underwater journey, from that first Try Dive to the start of Training and that first sea dive. We have all the kit to get you started on that journey and is all included in the pool training, all you need are shorts and a t shirt and a passion for fun... We would love to hear from you ,we are a very active club with over 600 logged club dives every year. We have our own compressor and can mix Nitrox. We have our own club kit, cylinders, reg, bcd, lead, masks, and fins. We have 2 club Rhib's and access to a third and dive regularly at the Farne Island's, with other club trips like Lochaline , Scapa , Eyemouth, and some warmer..
