Middle school is a great time for students to explore and discover what activities they like and don't like. At HB duPont Middle School, we provide opportunities for 7th and 8th graders to do just that. Our Career and Technical Education (CTE) exploratory classes are Exploring Business, STEM and Family and Consumer Science... I currently teach three courses: Technology Literacy, Exploring Business I, and Exploring Business II. Technology Literacy is a 6th Grade class taught by myself and Mr. Wilson. We work closely together sharing ideas and lessons so that students are learning similar skills no matter who their teacher is. Beginning in seventh grade students have an opportunity to choose between two fields of study: Business, Finance, and Marketing with myself or STEM with Mr. Wilson.
