With extensive knowledge in all things internet related, Justin freely shares his experiences with local business professionals nationwide so that they can take advantage of the best practices regarding online business and maximizing their ROI. Justin has a wealth of marketing experience with streaming radio, social media, hyper local website hosting and search engine optimization. Kevin is the Senior Team Leader and has been with Heavy Hammer since management actively recruited him to join the company nearly a decade ago. Through his dependability and positive attitude, Kevin has been asked to continually expand his role in the company and he has always met or exceeded the challenge. Kevin lives in Arnold, Maryland while he defies convention by being a lifelong Cowboys fan. Kevin travels each year to attend a Cowboys home game in Dallas. Kevin is a consummate team player. He was an standout athlete in High School in both baseball and football and now coaches his sons football and basketball teams. Kevin brings his team building and communication skills to Heavy Hammer each and every day.
As most of the team has done, Madeline started with Heavy Hammer as an entry level sales person on the business development team. Her stint in the trenches was however much shorter than most people experience. Her high energy and natural ability to distill information to its most essential elements allowed her to move into a National Directors position in record time. Madeline continues to bring her own special brand of determination and enthusiasm to work every day which she graciously shares with other members of her team as well as her clients. She is pursuing a degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland, and spends her free time photographing the beautiful scenery that the East Coast has to offer.
Michael Urbanski is a successful visionary and entrepreneur with extensive experience online as the CEO/founder of Heavy Hammer since its inception in 1999. Heavy Hammer has several profitable online platforms for local advertising and social media connectivity. Michael owns over ten patents for geographic advertising online as well as several patents teaching different aspects of social media.
Before launching Heavy Hammer Michael was the top Realtor in the state of Maryland, selling over 200 homes a year using the technology that he invented.
Among his accomplishments Mr. Urbanski has been a decorated Air Traffic Controller in the United States Air Force, a successful restaurateur and has written, produced and directed several award winning feature films and top tier video games.
Leveraging the success of his previous ventures and experiences, Michael self‑financed and launched Heavy Hammer which has been profitable every year of the 17 years it has been in operation.
Michael enjoys the creative process and stretching the bounds of the status quo. Mr. Urbanski also enjoys studying online business development and trends.

Vince joined Heavy Hammer in 2013 as a member of the client services division after a successful career in marketing in the home improvement industry. He recognized the potential of our sales platforms immediately and was willing to start at the bottom to get on the team. Vince attended South River HS before enrolling in Florida Southern College where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Advertising. As a member of ADFED, he contributed to several national advertising campaigns where his input was essential.
After college Vince was hired by Ledger Media group where he brought on new clients in the advertising department.
As Marketing Director and Brand Manager, he oversees all traditional and online marketing for Heavy Hammer. Vince lives in Mayo, Maryland and is an avid outdoors man with interests in Mountain Biking, Photography, kayaking to name a few.
Bill joined the Heavy Hammer team in 2005 after several years as a managing director in the hospitality industry. Bill started his online career with Heavy Hammer as a Membership Director. Shortly after coming on-board Bill took the lead in building the Member Services Department at Heavy Hammer. Today what was once a weak link in the company is now an award winning team of professionals. Over his career at Heavy Hammer Bill has shown a unique ability to adapt to various situations and responsibilities. As the very definition of a "team player" Bill has brought his "A" game to each position he has held while increasing the value of every department he has been either a member of or the manager of over the past dozen plus years.
Zach joined the Heavy Hammer team as an entry level tech while focusing on his computer science degree. During his internship Zach took it upon himself to begin the process of updating the mobile apps for Heavy Hammer. The development work Zach has done as well as the continuous updates and improvements that he has made to the apps have had phenomenal results for Heavy Hammer. The company has two apps ranked within the top 10 for both Apple Store and Google Play. Zach never backs down from a challenge. In fact he seems to thrive on challenges. His rapid growth and maturation as a progressive thinker and developer are daily benefits to Heavy Hammer.
