Hoddesdon Swimming Club is a voluntary run sports club that aims to encourage the local community to participate in swimming whether for fitness or competitively... We have a diverse membership ranging from swimmers & triathletes through to masters, open water, and para swimmers... The club was officially registered with the Amateur Swimming Association in 1895. The members then moved to the luxury of the Spinning Wheel Lido in 1933 which eventually became the Hoddesdon Open Air Pool.
