HERITAGE PARK HISTORICAL VILLAGE - Key Persons

Lindsey Galloway joined Heritage Park in 2020 as President and CEO. Committed to the belief that understanding the past helps define our aspirations for the future, he is focused on expanding the Park's position as one of Alberta's most beloved family destinations and most visited tourist attractions. Lindsey's 40-year career includes two decades as an executive with such beloved attractions as the Calgary Stampede, Calgary Zoo, and Edmonton Valley Zoo. Previously he worked in journalism and politics in Saskatchewan, transitioning to public affairs with Canadian Airlines (Vancouver and Calgary) and RBC Financial Group (Montreal and Toronto). Lindsey currently serves on the Audit, Finance and Governance Committee of the Tourism Industry Association of Alberta (TIAA), for which he was previously a Board member. He also served as board chair of Canada's Accredited Zoos and Aquariums, for which he also chaired the Ethics and Compliance Committee. Outside of his professional pursuits, Lindsey and his wife Lorrae share a passion for travel and golf.
