Currently we are scheduling all sessions to take place remotely. However, if all parties and all counsel desire that the session take place in person and that the location chosen has ample space and complies with any current mandates, our neutrals will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis. The video conferencing system we use for our remote sessions makes the whole process very user-friendly. You and your clients may each attend remotely from different locations with no special technology except a tablet, desktop, laptop or mobile device with microphone and camera. During the sessions attorneys are virtually together with their own clients in their own private rooms and your neutral shuttles back and forth between the different private rooms.
