HOLLAND HEARING CENTER - Key Persons

Christopher Pipes

Highly recommend….. I am very satisfied with my hearing aids and the service and support provided by Dr. Mangrem and her staff. My quality of life is greatly improved and I wish I had looked into this sooner. It's great to be able to hear people talking to me in restaurants without having my wife repeat their words back to me. Despite my remote location far from her office, Dr. Mangrem is able and happy to assist me with any adjustments that I need via functions on the associated smart phone app or via text or voice communications with a cell phone number that she provides. The hearing aids are very inconspicuous. Family and friends do not notice that I am wearing them until I mention it, and they are amazed at the near invisibility. They are very comfortable and I don't feel them as I go about my day. My health insurance covered a big chunk of the cost.

Wow! I learned so much in my first visit with Dr. Mangrem. She's a true, dedicated professional who took the time to listen to my hearing challenge, and also asked all the right questions that led to the discovery of deeper, underlying issues. I now understand the status of my hearing, likely causes for the issues I have, solutions to help me to mitigate the challenges and all based on scientific testing evidence that she discovered that brought many issues into focus for me. I'm a patient for life, and am deeply grateful for the experience. I highly recommend Dr. Mangrem and her team.

Dr. Kelsi Mangrem

Dr Mangrem is very knowledgeable about her field. I have a pair of hearing aids for the VA. She was able to better balance them so that I could hear the correct tones equally. What a difference it has made when it come to my conversations now. Thank you! Dr. Mangrem is awesome! I went there for hearing problem a couple of years ago and walked out with a great hearing aid that also works on Bluetooth with my phone. I went back this year to get some Soundgear molded earplugs that amplify sound and automatically protect my ears from gun shots. I have used them twice for dove hunting and and they work great. They shut off and back on so fast, you don't even notice it other than no more ringing ears from shooting without ear protection.

I'm so blessed I found out about you and "listened " to you . I got four grandsons that make hearing a lot more important to me these days. I couldn't respect the culture at Holland Hearing more and tell everyone that's interested in better hearing about you. Collin is simply superb and everyone else makes a visit a good thing not a chore. I wish you continued success because you deserve it.

Everyone in the office very pleasant and professional. The office is beautiful decorated nicely and very clean. Dr Holland very pleasant and professional. She asked me a lot of questions before testing me to see what my hearing issues were. She tested my hearing explaining my test results to me. Cleaned and repaired my hearing aids then reprogrammed and updated them for me. I was very happy with my results and very pleased with her service. She is a very kind and compassionate person. They made me a follow up appointment and I am so happy that I found a wonderful hearing professional for my care. Thank you!!

Awesome Staff!! Awesome Audiologist!!! Amazing Customer Service!!! Reluctantly I was able to get my husband to agree to get his ears checked. He was so confident his hearing was fine we even had a wager on it lol Needless to say I won! Dr. Holland was absolutely Amazing! After all tests were complete, she was to explain and show my husband with graphs the threshold of his hearing loss. He was actually surprised as to the extent of his hearing loss but she was able to break down in detail and lay man's terms so we could both understand. To my husbands credit, he took they step and purchased hearing devices. I feel it noteworthy to add there was absolutely no pressure to do so, it was presented to us as "when we're ready" or "at our own pace". I don't even know where to start?? It was to the point we argued over what he thought I said... It's so nice to have a conversation and not have an unnecessary emotional reaction and undo conflict. I can't thank Dr. Holland and her Staff enough!! Our visit was very individual and personal. She took her time and we never felt rushed or pressured. I wish I could give 10 stars!! I HIGHLY recommend Holland Hearing Center!!!
