By teaching our innovative yet easy technique and related skills to Tanzanian coffee farmers, we plan to give them means to fight poverty and to improve food and health coverage, while also ensuring sustainability and encouraging the adoption of low-cost and renewable energy sources... Green waste coming from coffee cultivation can be reused to produce substrate suitable for mushroom cultivation.
