Alex is responsible for setting the firm's vision, developing the strategy to execute it and creating a winning culture. He has more than 8 years of experience in real estate investing, fund management and operations. In addition to firm management responsibilities, Alex's duties include overseeing daily operations, capital raising, and sourcing-identifying-ensuring quality acquisitions. He, especially, has an eye for identifying great investment opportunities in distress assets.
Prior to founding Housetrepreneurs, he was the CEO of T. International Investments, a real estate investment firm that invests in income properties within the residential housing space. Above all, he believes that everyone can and should try to make positive impacts on the world.

Bryan oversees the asset management arm of Housetrepreneurs. His responsibilities include executing purchases and sale of properties, and property management activities. Prior to joining Housetrepreneurs, he was a business manager for the leasing division of Douglas Investments, a business associate of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Pasadena California. Along with his experience, Bryan joined Housetrepreneurs with strong purpose backed up by resilience and exceptional work-ethics. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio and executes every deal under the guidance of the agent code of ethics and knowledge of real estate law.
Diogo is responsible for overseeing the operations of constructions, renovation, and remodeling projects for Housetrepreneurs, and ensure that all partners deliver quality work on all of Housetrepreneurs' projects. Prior to co-founding Housetrepreneurs, he worked at Falconi - Consultores de Resultado, a management consulting company based in Brazil where he designed and aided in the implementation of corporate strategies to drive revenue, cut costs, and build alternative strategies for Fortune 500 companies in Brazil. Diogo brought his corporate development experience to real estate where he specializes in working with distressed assets, notes in chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, and REO's.

Don is responsible for the sales and operation of Housetrepreneurs' real estate investment products in the Asia market, and is involved in formulating overall investment strategies of the company. As a follower and practitioner of value investing for many years, Don has accumulated solid and in-depth experience in investing in equity and real estate. After graduating from the Marshall School of Business of the University of Southern California (USC), Don has worked as a research and investment specialist in various global investment banks.
Don aims to utilize his well-developed investment skills to help investors identify and take advantage of undervalued assets with an appealing risk-reward profile.

Jeff Pisonero oversees business development operations in Southern California, along with making sure our clients have transparent and up to date communication, Jeff is responsible for reaching out to new avenues and networks to help spread the message of Housetrepreneurs.
Over the last few years, Housetrpreneuers along with Jeff have had a front row seat to an exciting period of transition and growth in Cleveland's housing market that routinely sees returns 3-4 times of what is available in his home market of Los Angeles.
Armed with the knowledge of how to use margin and capitalization rates to create cash flow and build equity, it is my goal to make sure clients make the investment decision that fits their needs exactly. Jeff's expertise is in marketing and sales, having professional experience in sales and distribution channel development for many well-known brands His focus is on delivering the right services and products to the right clients.

Jorge is responsible for delivering Houesetrepreneurs' investment opportunities to the West Coast. He is in charge of identifying potential investors and providing investors with the right investment opportunities in the growing Cleveland real estate market.
Jorge is also an experienced real estate investor with investment properties in Cleveland and Los Angeles. Jorge's background is in providing and managing technology solutions in tech consulting and computer software industries. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
During his free time, Jorge enjoys CrossFit training and hiking the sunny mountains of Southern California.
