HOPE TEAM Clinic is affiliated with UPMC Western Behavioral Health, Center for Children and Families (CCF). HOPE TEAM is currently funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)... Hope Team offers evaluation, consultation, therapy, peer support, healthcare coordination, and/or family support for people ages 10-26, in the Southwest PA region, who are experiencing unusual and extraordinary experiences.
