Job Titles:
- Electrical Designer & Lighting Specialist
Andy joined HTW in 2023 after many years of performing lighting design as an outside consultant for the HTW team. He has extensive experience in electrical, lighting, and lighting controls design across nearly all building types and market sectors.
Andy's practical experience in MEP systems over the span of his career is a welcome addition to the HTW engineering team.

Gary joined HTW in 2019 as an Architectural Designer. He has a wide range of experience in construction and building techniques, and applies his practical knowledge to his role as a designer.
In addition to Drafting and Design, Gary has experience in Construction Management.
Holly joined the HTW team in 2022. She received a Bachelor of Interior Design from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She brings her expertise and knowledge in the design of spaces and interiors to our architecture team.

Ira Wimer joins the firm. Ira brought nearly two decades of architecture experience to the firm.
Ira has extensive educational design experience as well as significant experience working on religious, residential, commercial, municipal, historic preservation, and industrial projects. He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and is an accredited LEED AP BD+C by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Jerry Terrell forms Terrell Engineering to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services across the United States
Jerry is one of HTW's founding principals. He has been involved in providing engineering services for projects across a wide variety of building sectors. He has extensive design experience with commercial, religious, and municipal projects. Jerry holds Professional Engineer licenses in multiple states.

Justin joined HTW in 2021. He has extensive drafting experience and worked as a mechanical designer specializing in MCAD and product design before joining our team.
Nate is a third-year student at Arkansas Tech University majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He joined our engineering team as a student intern in December of 2022 with a focus to learn more about the A+E industry.
HTW welcomes Sandy Gomez to our team! Sandy joins the Architecture Team as our newest Architectural Drafter. She has many years of experience with CAD design and brings her attention to detail and expertise to each project she designs.
