For over 30 years Daniel has been working for extremely demanding and competitive markets such as the automotive, aerospace, telecommunications and electrical industries. He started his career in the Simmonds Mecaero group (now: Hownet Fastening Systems), continued with Framatome Connectors International before joining the Mersen Group.
In all three groups, he held positions in plant and industrial management and then headed up globally operating business units. As a result, he has been exposed to an extremely diverse and multicultural environment and has lived in the United States for over 20 years. From continuous improvement to structural transformation projects (acquisitions, restructuring, etc.), Daniel has a proven track record of implementing robust processes in innovation, new product development and integrated business planning.
«I have spent my entire career in industry, where I have held positions as Operational Manager and Head of Business Units in both Europe and the United States.
Throughout my career, I have seen that success is tied to a few key elements, including the ability to mobilize teams, but also the ability to develop a coherent strategy that must be combined with quality execution.
In my projects and contacts with IAC partners, I have found that these attributes are supported by very committed and extremely competent employees.
I look forward to joining them and am convinced of the value they offer their customers in improving their competitiveness.

Didier has more than 30 years of professional experience in demanding industrial environments. He began his career at NTN-SNR in operational positions (Quality, Maintenance and Production) before joining the Danish DANFOSS group where he held positions of Site Management and Operations Management before taking over as General Manager of the COMPRESSORS COMMERCIAL division. He then became President of the Wiper Division of VALEO before leading an LBO and taking over the Presidency of NEWTEC PACKAGING. He then joined MERSEN ELECTRICAL POWER as VP Europe and then the family company EFI AUTOMOTIVE as COO. He is currently Managing Director EMEA for the TECUMSEH Group.
Didier has led many teams in multicultural environments (Europe, North America, China,…) with change management challenges.
He has extensive expertise in operational excellence throughout the process chain and, in particular, a strong lean-based production culture.
He has participated in numerous international developments, particularly in Europe, North America and China, both to solve industrial issues (footprint development or rationalization) and to develop activities (building new supplier and customer bases, strategic alliances and acquisitions).
«I started my career in operational functions and then took over almost all functions in the supply chain. I then began my work in the General Management in various industry sectors. This gave me an impression of the continuous quest for operational excellence and the need to always question myself.
Throughout my career, I have seen that a company's performance is primarily associated with proper goal monitoring at all levels of the organization. A good strategy is a strategy that is well implemented and consistently applied…in short, it makes sense and keeps the focus.
While working with IAC Partners, I have found this consistency of approach and a strong commitment of competent teams.
I am very proud to join their team and build with them these rules and practices to increase the competitiveness of companies.
