Mr. Divyesh Shah is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Indiabulls Ventures Ltd. since 2007. He has been associated with Indiabulls since its inception and helped the company emerge as a leading financial services player. He is one of the core committee members responsible for all the strategic decisions of Indiabulls Group.
Mr. Shah has played a pivotal role in transforming Indiabulls Ventures Limited (erstwhile Indiabulls Securities Limited) into an integrated financial power house. From largely a retail securities broker, IVL today straddles diverse and multiple strata, viz. stock broking; third party product distribution and retail financing ARC.
He has a rich and diverse industry experience of over 24 years in the securities and brokerage business.
Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Madras.

Mr. Partha Sarathi Banik is a founder member and President of Indiabulls LED business. He is a well-known business & strategy expert in the Indian lighting industry.
Mr. Banik has almost 28 years of experience in electrical and consumer durable industry. He has been working in Lighting Industry for more than twenty years now, in different roles in Business, Strategy, Sales and Marketing Functions. He is an acknowledged IoT and wellness expert in India and member of IoT World Forum. He is also an active eco conservationist and connected with Bombay Natural History Society.
Mr. Partha Banik did his graduation in Electrical Engineering and post-graduation in Business Management from Calcutta University, followed by Management Development Programme from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a Member and Chartered Engineer of Institute of Engineers (India).

Mr. Sameer Gehlaut is the Chairman and Founder of the Indiabulls Group. He has been spearheading the group since its inception in 1999 which he started after a brief stint with Halliburton (USA). Mr. Gehlaut is one of the youngest self-made entrepreneurs in India. Under his dynamic and visionary leadership, Indiabulls Group has emerged as one of the country's foremost conglomerates with diversified businesses in various sectors in a short span of time.
He holds a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
