ILKLEY SWIMMING CLUB

We aim to improve and progress our members swimming and water polo for both fitness and competition. The club is run by a volunteer committee on a non-profit basis. Our sessions are run at Ilkley Pool by Swim England qualified and experienced coaches... Our juniors compete in local galas and open meets throughout the year. We encourage all junior members to compete but recognise that some swim for conditioning for other sports such as water polo and triathlon. We are a feeder club for the City of Bradford Development Scheme. This scheme is for junior swimmers who want to swim competitively at county/regional level and above. A number of our junior swimmers compete in the Yorkshire junior triathlon series and are members of the Yorkshire Triathlon Academy, Talent and Development squads... Club which offers swimming coaching for juniors and adults and water polo coaching for juniors. We aim to improve and progress our members swimming and water polo for both fitness and competition.
