INFINITE WATER HOLDINGS

INFINITE WATER HOLDINGS LTD(ABN 85618348995) (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) ("INFINITE WATER HOLDINGS") has undertaken a restructure of its business through a voluntary administration process. The original Chief Scientist with the support of the core investors ("Deed Proponents") proposed a deed of company arrangement ("DOCA") in the administration to restructure the company, which received majority support from employees and creditors and was ultimately approved. The restructure under the DOCA, which involved changes to management and ownership of the company, was subsequently endorsed by the NSW Supreme Court. The Deed Proponents now control the company with the deed administrator expected to finalise the DOCA shortly. The Deed Proponents are actively working to promote a sustainable and successful future for the company and its stakeholders.
