Mr. Foster was born and raised in St. Peterburg, Florida and he has worked at McDermott Law firm since March of 2010. He works as a case manager for personal injury cases as well as criminal law cases. Mr. Foster also acts as our liaison to opposing counsel and to the judiciary. Mr. Foster also provides leadership and training to other office staff and acts as firm manager. Mr. Foster's greatest assets are his endearing commitment to excellence and cordiality with clients. Jennifer began her nursing career as a registered nurse in 2005. She worked at the Manatee Memorial Labor and Delivery unit in Bradenton, Florida as well as the Bayfront Baby Place in St. Petersburg, Florida. She obtained her Legal Nurse Consulting Certificate from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2010 and has spent countless hours providing forensic analysis of medical records for the firm. Whether working on an injury case where our client is injured or a criminal case where an alleged victim is injured, Jennifer provides invaluable assistance with her detailed scrutinization of medical records. Her work has been instrumental in obtaining larger settlements for injury clients as well as mitigation for criminal law clients. A large number of criminal charges have been either lowered or dismissed based on her detailed study of the records.

Sherry has been with McDermott Law Firm since February of 2021. She is a case manager for personal injury and criminal case files. She was previously employed as a legal assistant with the Baltimore Police Department where her husband worked as a detective before retiring and moving to Florida. Sherry is very conscientious as she provides excellent service to our clients. Her greatest quality is the ability to negotiate reductions for outstanding medical bills.
