Camen Song is the founder of NMS Advisory and also a trainer who is very passionate in Leadership, Human Resources Management and Personal Development.
She had conducted several workshops for SME Human Resources Professionals, in the area of Employment Act. Through her experience and capacity as the Human Resource & Training Manager in SMEs and multinational environment, she had led her teams in achieving Corporate Social Responsibility Score and companies' goals. Among her noticeable achievements, she has helped a handful of SMEs to set up Human Resources Departments. She also consulted them about the rules and regulations required by the Ministry of Human Resources and resolved Industrial Relation cases in their favors. She is passionate in developing and transforming human capital. She has more than nine years experience in coaching and facilitating team building, leadership and personal development. She infused experiential learning in her facilitation, by customizing training modules to the organization's specific needs.
She has experience in creating, organizing and leading outdoor events and trainings, such as Treasure Hunts and Races, Master Chefs and other thematic training programs. Besides training and coaching, she designs programs with design thinking and numerology tools to further enhance and enrich her program and training offerings.
Fuad Mohamad Idris has an extensive experience of over 20 years in Electronic Manufacturing and 7 years experience in Product Development. He has a degree in Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University, United States in 1989.
He started his career as a Field Engineer in Schlumberger Overseas S.A in 1990. He then joined Motorola Penang as a SMT Equipment Engineer in 1991. In the 21 plus years in Motorola, Fuad had held various responsibilities; as a SMT Equipment Engineer, an Automation Engineer, an Engineering Manager, a Lean Manufacturing champion, a Consultant Black Belt and Technical Lead in Reliability Engineering, before becoming a full time consultant in Lean Six Sigma in 2013.
Throughout his careers, he has acquired in-depth knowledge & practical experiences in the areas of SMT, automation, failure analysis, problem solving, process characterization, process optimization, productivity improvement, product design optimization & product reliability.
Fuad is also a certified Motorola's Six Sigma Black Belt since 2002. As a Consultant Black Belt, he has mastered the Motorola Six Sigma methodologies & statistical tools and applications with hands-on experience in Six Sigma for Process Improvement (SSPI-DMAIC model) & Six Sigma for Product Development (SSPD-CDOV model i.e. DFSS) while working in Motorola Penang. He was a certified trainer for the Six Sigma training curriculum for Motorola University & also a certified HRDF trainer. Fuad has trained, mentored and coached over more than 50+ Black Belts, 100+ Green Belts and providing Six Sigma training to more than 2,000+ engineers for the last 15 over years. Based on his Six Sigma involvement in Motorola as a mentor, as a coach, as a trainer & as a consultant, he has contributed to more than US$10million cost savings and cost avoidance to the organization.

Kalvin started his journey as an accounting assistant in 2006 and then worked professionally in accounting, auditing, and taxation. He is also involved in the direct sales industry as well.
In 2013, Kalvin entered the sales industry as a dental supply, real estate and insurance consultant, mastering sales skills. He is also a Yuan Man Life Camp coach and an event manager for the International Business Alliance.
He always believed that life has no so-called destiny, only different choices. He founded Breakthrough Academy in 2016 as a business consultant and trainer. The Academy's vision is to help everyone discover their worth and push beyond their abilities.
