She has handled copyright, trademark, patent, antitrust, and other commercial matters involving various business sectors, including the consumer products, Internet services, and software industries.

Susan Meyer is the managing partner of the GRSM South Dakota office and co-chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. A registered patent attorney, Ms. Meyer's practice focuses on intellectual property, specifically, litigation, licensing and transfer, biotechnology patent prosecution, and trademark and copyright prosecution. Ms. Meyer provides trademark clearance searches, portfolio management, prosecution, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board representation. She has filed and prosecuted hundreds of trademark applications and has an extensive background in domain name trademark enforcement matters.
