To this end, ISLAND Wai is presenting a plan for the revitalization of Fiji's economic, environmental and health needs, driven by the economics of ISLAND Wai's bottled water production/sales. Specifically, ISLAND Wai has recently partnered with One Globe Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit public benefit organization, to implement a proven and intelligent fiscal sponsorship program. This sponsorship model currently serves over 2 million people, supports more than 300 communities worldwide and has attracted major supporters including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The program aims to support three key areas of need in Fiji: Education, Healthcare, and Sustainable Infrastructure. ISLAND Wai will essentially become the economic catalyst that will provide resources to key venture-philanthropic programs throughout the islands.
