Biography Kevin has more than 15 years of experience in lending for the acquisition, development, bridge, construction, permanent and refinance of commercial real estate projects. Prior to joining Northmarq in 2004, he was vice president of Commercial Real Estate for Central Carolina Bank where he was responsible for the origination of construction and permanent loans for the bank's portfolio. Before joining Central Carolina Bank, Kevin spent two years with First Union and six years with Home Federal Savings and Loan in their respective real estate departments.

He leads the underwriting and marketing efforts for JAG Investments. Biography For 29 years, Mark owned a successful marketing and business services company. He led business development and cultivated client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and strategic data-driven, revenue-generating campaign plans for clients and partners. He is also a licensed real estate agent for 9 years for the Snyder Real Estate Group in the San Francisco Bay area. His work includes sales in both the residential and commercial markets and provides first hand experience of competitive pricing, property management, emerging markets, effective marketing plans and successful negotiations for properties. For the last 15 years, Mark and his team have been able to successfully deliver deals with better than average return on investments to investors by analyzing markets, raising capital, being mentored by top real estate professionals, and syndication. When analyzing properties he reviews rent, on-time payment history, P&L, cash-on-cash return, debt service coverage ratio and capitalization rate.
