Our lab studies the metabolic component of human diseases. We are interested in unraveling their underlying etiology, developing novel diagnostic and prognostic markers, and identifying innovative therapeutic interventions. To achieve these goals, we develop and apply computational approaches for the investigation of high-throughput omics datasets, including metabolomics, glycomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, genomics, and microbiomics.
