Brad spent 21 years as an automotive industry executive in Supply Chain & Commodity Management leading several team members in negotiations of over a billion dollars in annual spend. With a passion for real estate, Brad decided to pivot his career and join the Saros team. Brad has quickly established himself as a prolific deal maker contributing to the teams continued growth.
Brad, a graduate of Michigan State University receiving a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (Business), also attended engineering school at North Carolina State University where he played football. Brad, a three-sport decorated athlete in high school is passionate about the outdoors, fishing, travel, sports and coaching. He currently resides in Grosse Pointe with his wife Kristin, and three children.

Emily McKinney is a Sales Associate specializing in the sale of single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial properties in Grosse Pointe and Metro-Detroit. She also serves as Executive Assistant to Jimmy Saros. Emily is largely responsible for generating new clientele, underwriting properties, and handling day to day deal negotiations between sellers, buyers and lenders.
Emily spent the first 3 years of her career focused in Human Resources Management. In her previous role, she managed roughly 50 individuals per month and hired them to work within the Healthcare field. Emily consistently hit her monthly and quarterly hiring/training goals and was one of the top performers in her department. Her drive for success and desire to help others lead her to pivot her career into the real estate field with Saros Real Estate.
A graduate of Albion College receiving a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Anthropology, Emily also played NCAA Division III Volleyball for the Britons, held multiple positions on the Executive Board for her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega, and was a first-year experience mentor for incoming freshman. Emily currently coaches the junior varsity volleyball team for the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils and in her spare time you can find her enjoying downtown Detroit where she currently resides.

In this role, he oversees the firms daily operations, strategic business growth plans, and focuses on business generation, valuation, marketing, negotiation, and capital sourcing for his clients. Jimmy quickly established himself as one of the premier and most trusted brokers in the country after personally generating and transacting on over $300,000,000 in sales since entering the field in 2012. Known for his acute understanding of the real estate marketplace and proficiency for "deal-making", Jimmy has been recognized as one of the top producers in the State.
Prior to moving back to Michigan and joining the family business, Jimmy began his career in New York City as an investment real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap, one of the nations largest real estate brokerages. As a Senior Associate with the firm, he received numerous accolades and was the driving force for the company's rapid expansion in market share in the city.
Jim is a graduate of Brown University, where he graduated with a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship. Outside of the classroom, Saros was a star athlete on campus playing wide receiver all four years for the Bears and earning All-Ivy honors, pre-season All American honors, and winning an Ivy League Championship. Saros is a native of Grosse Pointe Park, having attended Grosse Pointe South High School where he was the 2nd leading receiver in the history of Michigan High School Football. He now brings this inherent competitive intensity to the field of real estate. He currently resides with his Wife and two son's in Grosse Pointe park.

Peter is a graduate of Michigan State University receiving a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting. He is also a Michigan Registered Certified Public Accountant. Peter is passionate about real estate, competitive sports, travel and reading. He currently resides in Grosse Pointe Woods.

After joining the U.S. Marine Corp Infantry at age 20 he quickly climbed the ranks becoming a squad leader then platoon SGT until leaving the Marine Corp achieving the rank of SGT in only four years- a very rare achievement in that time span. When his unit called on him he successfully passed the most difficult schools the Marine Corp has to offer without fail for the betterment of his battalion. After 2 deployments to countless foreign countries he was ready to come home and apply his tenacity, discipline, fight and drive to the field of real estate. Semper FI (Always Faithful).
