We're a smaller, local company based here in Southern Ontario. We try harder, do more, and serve you better because we have to! (And, this is our neighbourhood too, so we need it to be safe.)... We're so thankful we found JM security, they have been by far the nicest, and most professional company we've ever worked with. Upon contacting them for a consult, they were in our home helping us to pick the best package that worked for us within 48 hours. The security system, was then installed very quickly after. It was the most seamless process ever! Between Sarah who helped organize the products and William who installed; the two of them were incredibly kind, and supportive of what we were hoping to achieve with our security system, and they truly puts the needs of our family first. After it was installed I thought I wouldn't hear from them for a while, but that night Sarah was back to ensure everything was working properly. I just didn't know this type of superb customer service existed..
